Pros: Fairly roomy for a mid tower.
Included fans are quiet and work very well.
One of the few cases that have nice looking 5.25" front drive bays, (I still like having a DVD drive one for all my old games.)
The front IO is attached to the chassis instead of the front panel itself, making removal of the front panel both easier and you won't be stressing any of the connections. This was a very well designed detail.
1- 140mm front intake and 1- 120mm rear exhaust fans.
Cable management was decent.
Sound dampening foam on the left and right sides, top, and front of the case. (For the windowless version.)
Construction quality is top notch, be quiet! delivers a solidly built case for this price range.
Included 3 step fan controller that is SATA powered. Plug in an additional case intake fan and let them rip.
The HDD cages are nice, as well as vibration isolated in rubber grommets for each 3.5 drive.
The 5.25 bay is even fully removable to accommodate a larger radiator (However I doubt that those getting this case would want to do that, as it's one of the main features of having 5.25" ODD drive bays anyway.)
Cons: Due to the case size some of the cutouts will be covered by the motherboard itself.
No rubber grommets on the windowless version (Which I purchased). However this is NOT a big "con" as you won't be seeing the internals. It should also be noted that the steel around those holes are not in any way sharp and have a smooth rolled edge.
The cons for me where not enough to drop off an egg on this review, while this case isn't "perfect" it is deserving of consideration if you want a nice budget case for a silenced focused build.
Overall Review: If the case was just a little longer the motherboard cutouts wouldn't have been obscured. However since this case is both fairly compact and on the "budget side" it's really not a deal breaker.
I HIGHLY recommend purchasing an additional 140mm Pure Wings 2 fan for the front intake if you are going to be using either of the 5.25" bays. The case comes with 2 fans, however an additional intake fan will help keep temps down, and the fans themselves are silent.
Pros: Whisper quiet and great airflow.
Using it for an additional front intake at 100% fan speed and can't even hear either of them.
Overall Review: Got this to compliment the included front 140mm fan in a "be quiet! Pure Base 600 case."
Pros: Great product, I now see why so many people recommended it. With the applicator included on the 11.1G version I had purchased CPU die coverage is easy and precise.
Cons: I will say it's expensive, but the old adage goes, "you get what you pay for" and in this case Thermal Grizzly delivers a top quality paste.
Overall Review: Thermal Grizzly has a new repeat customer for sure.
Pros: Simple plug and play to bring my old X58 motherboard into a new case that had USB 3.0 front headers but no support for my motherboard. You're obviously NOT going to get USB 3.0 support out of your case, but that's not any fault of the product.
Cons: None that I can think of.
Pros: Fast and quiet drive, nice looking front panel.
Cons: Software. Cyberlink suite is garbage. Will not play any Blu-ray movie I own. Even after all "updates" it still wont play. DVD played fine, Blu-ray will not. The whole point is to play and burn Blu-ray discs, under Vista 64bit OS.
Overall Review: Should have spent $150 -less- and simply got a DVD burner for my new build.
