Pros: its a WD, they have awesome rma and sent me an upgrade replacement for my troubles, 500GB scorpio blue which installed recovery CDs with out a hitch.

Cons: this hdd was simple DOA which is no good when your client is waiting for their computer

Overall Review: im not overly annoyed with the dead drive cause like I said, client got an upgrade "which he really liked" and this is the first time i have ever received a defective drive from wd. plus WD rma process is excellent.
