Good Card
Pros: Using it with 4 3TB Western Digital drives (RAID 5) and 2 Western Digital Raptors (RAID 0). Works great for the money and added bonus for 3TB drive compatibility. Fast data transfers. Easy to use Web GUI for monitoring and RAID Controller maintenance.
Cons: Not compatible when used in a system with Intel RAID configured, must use IDE or AHCI mode. Gets really hot. Takes a LONG time to boot.

Take back my review
Pros: Cheap. But you get what you pay for.
Cons: Consistently causes Windows to BSOD...Card emits a very loud annoying beep right before it crashes the whole system. Support, or lack there of, is useless. No phone support, and useless online support. Dont buy it.
WOW!
Pros: Quality of the panel is outstanding. Screen real estate is outstanding. Fit and finish is outstanding. Replaced a Dell 27" 1440P monitor (U2713HM) . Used the same DP to Mini DP cable I had connected to the previous monitor with no issues. Must enable DP 1.2 for 60Hz. Using with Gigabyte AMD HD 7870. After enabling DP 1.2 on the monitor, you must create an nVidia surround or AMD eyefinity display group. After that the monitor worked at 60Hz with no problems. Color calibration is phenomenal. Blacks are extremely deep and the provided color profiles ( I prefer sRGB) are absolutely perfect. This is the best monitor I have ever used. Period.
Cons: The Price. But hell, it's a professional monitor. The 7870 I have will only drive ONE of these monitors. If I connect another display, the resolution on the UP3214Q drops AND/OR the second display is not detected (limitation of the card, not the monitor).
Great Card
Pros: Awesome card. OC stable to almost 1300 core. VERY cool temps during gameplay. Getting another one for SLI soon!
Cons: None at all!
