Holding up well.

Nippon Labs PT-12 12 FT. Pro A/V Premium Toslink Digital Optical SPDIF Audio Cable Male to Male, Black
Nippon Labs PT-12 12 FT. Pro A/V Premium Toslink Digital Optical SPDIF Audio Cable Male to Male, Black

Pros: I've been using this cable between my PS3, computer, 360 and other devices that has the TOSLINK connection type to my old (over 10 years old) JVC 5.1 surround sound receiver and it's working great. Fits into all my devices and the cable feels sturdier than the previous TOSLINK cable I had.

Cons: None so far but will update review should one arises.

Was expecting better quality and longevity

CORSAIR TX Series CMPSU-750TX 750 W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Compatible with New 4th Gen CPU Certified Haswell Ready
CORSAIR TX Series CMPSU-750TX 750 W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Compatible with New 4th Gen CPU Certified Haswell Ready

Pros: First off, I like Cosair and have used them for a while. I don't like to review an item unless I've had them for a long enough period and different situations. That being said... Things I liked: === -4 PCI-E connectors in 6+2 format so dual card CrossfireX or SLI setups are possible. -Stable power (ran an overclocked CPU and 2 4870s for a long while) as well as 3 HDDs and 2 DVD/RWs. -Many connectors to power almost any type of rig that needs 750 watts. -Solid case (very well made enclosure, what I expect from big name brands). -Had system running for many hours (I'm talking sometimes weeks on end).

Cons: These two are my main quality issues: -Some of the wires are starting to come out of the connectors. I.E. The wires from the +2 portion of the 6+2 format PCI-E connectors started coming undone. Had to wedge them back in and even then, they were still loose. -Also, the power cord socket (the part that is accessible from the outside of your case) is starting to come off. Secondary issues: -Not enough power to handle the rig I've been adding parts to. This is more my own fault as I should have calculated before hand the minimum amount of wattage I really needed for the setup I had, currently have, and will have. -Started getting quite a few BSODs and user uninitiated restarts. My new PSU hasn't given me this issue, but some problems still exist, i.e. system freezes with no BSODs. But I know it's not due to the new PSU.

SAPPHIRE Vapor-X Radeon HD 6870 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity 100314VXSR

Pros: It was a great card. Able to handle a lot of things that I threw at it.

Cons: Well, after almost 2 years of heavy use, and by heavy I mean sometimes days of constantly being on, it finally died. With sparks flying off it. My system is limping on older parts that are not reliable anymore. But I was surprised to see sparks from this unit. It has made me a but weary of purchasing Sapphire again though.

Did not last

NZXT HALE90-1000-M 1000W ATX 12V v2.2, EPS 12V v2.91 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Pros: Modular was great. Had the power for lots of parts. Good build quality from the outside.

Cons: Did not last at all. Died less than 2 years after purchase. Expected more from a Gold certified PSU. But it looks like I'm not the only one where the PSU lasted just around 2 years. Very wary of NZXT reliability now...

Overall Review: If I did not keep my old Corsair PSU, my system would be unusable right now. And this system is where I do all my photography stuff.

Amazing!

Antec KUHLER H2O 920 Liquid Cooling System
Antec KUHLER H2O 920 Liquid Cooling System

Pros: This unit is really well made. I like the tubes they used and was very easy to install. I currently have my system overclocked and it doesn't even break 35 Celsius much less 40 Celsius. And that's with lots of things going on at once. Even while gaming with stuff in the background. I have it in push/pull configuration sending air into the system as my room temperature is cooler than inside the case. If you want to avoid the "CPU Fan Failure" boot prompt on some boards, then set your chiller control program to "Extreme". The reason being is that the hardware remembers the settings you input in the Windows program, even your choice of logo color illumination.

Cons: The radiator is BIG as in WIDE so make sure you have room in your computer case to fit it. I wanted to mount it on the top of my NZXT case, but the push/pull config was too tall for the top case cover.

NZXT Phantom 410 Series CA-PH410-R1 Red Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
NZXT Phantom 410 Series CA-PH410-R1 Red Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Great build quality. Lots of places to mount fans. Clean look all around the outside. Air mounted HDD slots. Lots of cable tie-downs.

Cons: Okay, my biggest con. My ASUS Crosshair IV Extreme blocks the cable routing holes by the drive mounts. The lower one is fine. I was hoping that it was large enough that I would be able to utilize those cable routing holes for a cleaner inside. Second, because I have side mounted SATA connections, the middle HDD mounting bay squeezes the cables. The front cover for the optical drives needs to be pushed with some strength. This is more of personal preference. I have a Delta AFB1212HHE-F00 120mmx38mm fan mounted on top. The top cover is too short to fully enclose it or snap closed. Also, my Antec KUHLER H2O 920 radiator is too big for it as well. So I mounted it elsewhere.

Overall Review: As big and well laid out this case is, there are some boards that will not get the full use out of it. The ASUS crosshair IV Extreme for one and those with side SATA connection mounts. I just happen to have both, lol! Besides that, I cannot top mount my Antec KUHLER H2O 920 in push/pull configuration because of the short case top enclosure. -NZXT Phantom 410 - Red -ASUS Crosshair IV Extreme -AMD Phenom II 955 BE C3 Stepping -Antec KUHLER H2O 920 w/Arctic Silver 5 High-Density Polysynthetic Silver Thermal Compound -2 x 4GB Cosair Dominator 8GBs ( CMP8GX3M2A1600C9 ) -NZXT HALE90-1000-M 1000W Modular Power Supply -1x Sapphire Vapor-X 6870 -1x Seagate Barracuda XT ST32000641AS 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB -1x WD 1TB Black HDD -2x WD 500GB Blue HDD -1x LITE-ON Black Internal 12X Blu-ray -2x ASUS 22x DVD RW ( De-regioned ) -32" Sony Bravia - KDL-32EX500
