Overall Review:Β Passmark rating speaks for itself. Most painless and easy install ever.
Failed twice now
Pros:Β none
Cons:Β For me its a big no. Twice now the dual channel 4GB kit has failed me in less than 1 year each.
ATM i have no choice but to give 1 star
Pros:Β small physical size, USB-C interface, good capacity 500 GB
Cons:Β does not appear to work properly.
Overall Review:Β I actually bought 2 of these. I wanted to transfer my old "Documents" folder in its entirety to another computer. It looked like it was working. But upon inspecting the target folders only 10 or so had the contents inside them, The rest were just a bunch of empty folders. Eventually i got to where i copied 1 folder to the device, unplugged it from the source, plugged it into the target and nothing. The folder was not there. I have no idea whats up with this. I guess I will send it back for a refund. Win 10 Pro on both machines.
Passmark rating 92% and 80%
Overall Review:Β So far so good. Card is long. See attached Passmark results.
Passmark to prove it.
Overall Review:Β First, talk is cheap. I attached a picture on my Passmark results. Pretty darn impressive for the average money I spent. A had a lot of trouble getting the MB to boot with the video card. I had to install an older card to boot then update every single possible driver before it would boot with the new card. This could have been my error. When migrating Win 10 to the new system I may have done a bad job causing driver issues. After spending a few days reinstalling apps, transferring data etc. I realized my backup spinner was being used to boot. So long story short I started from scratch again making sure only my SSD was being used (physically unplugged the spinner) and everything went off the first time without a hitch. I am very pleased and impressed with the results. MB β MSI MEG X570 ACE Video β MSI RX5600 XT Gaming MX CPU = AMD Ryzen 9 3900 X SSD β Samsung SSD 980 PRO 500GB Mem - Thermaltake 1333.3 MHz (DDR4-2666 / PC4-21300), Mem Module Part Number: R009D408GX2-4400C19A
Big, heavy and roomy. Model H710
Overall Review:Β I have been building comps since before there were even PCs. This is by far the most heavy duty case I have ever seen. Well made, well thought out. included fans and filters are a real plus. So far the glass side is doing fine. But, if it ever comes unglued as some reviewers say has happened, I will replace it with a piece of polycarbonate (Lexan) just to be safe. I really see no reason to use glass. Polycarbonate will never break and can easily take the heat. Lots of cleaver mounting options for the ever popular SSD drives these days. One of the reasons i got this case was the USB type-C connector. I don't know why almost every single case out there has the USB, audio and other stuff on top instead of in the front. When they are on top it makes it next to impossible to slide the case under your table or desk and still be able to get at them with bending way down and finding them, Then, being on top they are prone to collect every piece of dust and debris that comes along. Personally i am taking an index card and a piece of tape for a hinge to keep them covered and protected from dirt. Can not comment on the model with colorful LEDs. I have absolutely no use for useless eye candy. Even my memory has useless LED lights. Give me a break. Case is big and heavy with plenty of room inside. Next PC I build I will use the same case.
