I like it!
Pros: It feels substantial. It's not a "lightweight." The tactical sense is quite good, and when I type on it, I appear to be MUCH faster than I actually am! I've bought several keyboards in the last year. My last "clicky" IBM finally wore out and I can't even find them in the "old computer parts" store. I used one like this (although a different brand, I think) on another computer for years and that finally died, too. With this one, I've finally found a replacement for my 2 favorite keyboards.
Cons: The cord from the keyboard to the computer could be a little longer.
Overall Review: I really recommend this keyboard if something simple, substantial, and useful is what you're looking for. I don't need (nor do I want) a keyboard with lots of bells and whistles. I want a basic one with a large, L-shaped ENTER key, a large BACKSPACE, and an excellent touch. A half a dozen (cheaper) keyboards later, I got it.
Slow
Pros: Inexpensive. Newegg's service was excellent, as usual.
Cons: About 1/2 as fast as the FLASH 2G/A-DATA PD8 2.0 2GB I bought a year ago. I think it's unacceptably slow.
I'd buy it again!
Pros: A friend of mine bought this in fall, 2007 and was quite pleased with it. He's an engineer and has the knowledge necessary to make a informed decision. I don't, and that's why I depended on him -- I'm glad I did. The colors are excellent, the text crisp. This is the first flat screen and the first 19" monitor I've had (except @ work), and I'm happy. I waited for a price reduction and free shipping. and it was really inexpensive. I'm very happy with it.
Cons: The speakers are not good. Even people with a tin ear would find them unacceptable for music.
Overall Review: I bought it as a monitor, not for the speakers (and I quickly hooked up other speakers).
I like it!
Pros: Speed seems good and is definitely better that the others that I own. Using "Flash Memory Toolkit," read speed registers 17.7 MB/s MIN, 24.4 MB/s MAX and 23.8 AVG. Write speed is 9.0 MB/s MIN, 16.7 MB/s MAX and 10.4 MB/s AVG. I use this to back up important data several times/day and it's noticeably faster than the last one I used, although similar to the 2 GIG (another brand) which is now too small.
Cons: The cover doesn't seem very secure. I'm used to capless models and I like them better.
Overall Review: It's rubbber and seems sturdy. Newegg, as usual, is terrific. The carrier they chose is not. It took 10 days to arrive (and 3 to make it the first 35 miles!). I'm used to much better service when I buy things from Newegg.
I'd buy it again!
Pros: Faster than others I've owned.
Cons: I had to return the first one because the insides started to rattle. It's the first time I used Newegg's RMA process, and it was excellent! The reorder was processed promptly.
Overall Review: I've had a dozen USB drives (and given 1/2 of them away, eventually). This one is definitely faster than most (I knew it when I bought it; I own the 1 Gig version, too). No cap makes it highly desirable.
Yes!
Pros: Speed. No cap to lose. ReadyBoost-ready.
Cons: None that I can see.
Overall Review: Seems faster than other flash drives that I've had (10-11 different ones; I own 5 now). Portable apps installed super fast in comparison. I had another Kingstron model and gave it away because it wasn't very fast. I bought this one on a whim because it was inexpensive. I'm going to buy the 8-gig one because of the speed.
