your first Road Bike
Pros: Nice bike for the money. It's got every thing the more expensive bikes have, just heavier. This, however only weighs 25 pounds. My first bike weighed 50 so it's not heavy to me. If it's going to be your first bike it will seem light. It has indexing on the rear derailleur but not on the front. That does not bother me at all. It means you don't have to adjust it regularly. Assembly: Well it wasn't any problem for me but it wasn't my first. If you are reasonably mechanical you shouldn't have much trouble. The "owners manual is only good to teach you the basics. It appears they have one "owners manual" that's supposed to cover all their bikes. Therefore assembly is up to you or your LBS (Local bike shop). If you're looking for a First Road bike it's not a bad choice.
Cons: No reasonable Owners Manual
Overall Review: So far so good. If anything changes I will try to comment here again.
Very satisfied with the computer!
Pros: Quick enough in its base state to do what I need. Love the capability to update everything in it as required. Have to check the pilot light to know if it's on. Now that's quiet.
Cons: Well everything but the CPU is entry level but that's what we're paying for....
Overall Review: I'm replacing my homemade AMD A10-6800 which can no longer compete with all the ads on the Internet and still load what I'm looking for in my lifetime. I couldn't picture me being able to afford building an i7-xxxx computer until I accidently ran into this puppy. Not the fastest but fast. Plays the games I need (not a GAMER). Have already bought a 275gb M.2 SSD since I was spoiled with SSD in my old dog. Next will be a 600w PS so anything else I want to do in the immediate future will be doable. If you know what you need and do your homework this should be an option for your next upgrade.
Neat except for the "Update" process.
Pros: After reading many reviews for all consoles I was a little worried that if anything went wrong I would be doomed since I am a complete "Newbie old man".... Therefore I was wildly happy when everything went well right down to finding my Wireless connection except.....the first time sign up update process. It just wouldn't accept my birthday from my Microsoft account, no how no way. Had to create an Outlook account or I would still have wonderful console that Microsoft wouldn't let me use (see below). Having solved that problem everything worked perfectly from that point on. Being a total novice at gaming I am still learning the basics that everyone else knows so I can't comment on how it compares to others. IT WORKS! Apparently if I can get passed the 30 day period when most failures occur I'll be a happy boy.
Cons: During the setup I found It just wouldn't accept my birthday from my Microsoft account, no how no way. Had to create an Outlook account or I would still have a wonderful console that Microsoft wouldn't let me use. Didn't think that one would not be able to skip the online aspect of the game and just start the game that it came with, but I didn't see any way to do that.... Just my opinion.
Overall Review: Wish I had bought one 10 years ago when this old brain was still working :).
Guess I'm lucky
Pros: Installed in a few minutes, partitioned, formatted and backed up my system SSD to it. Do the back up once a week and it works like a charm. Granted I don't use it as a primary but I took that into consideration when I purchased it.. Guess I'm just lucky based on the other 2 folks.
Cons: None
Overall Review: I don't think I'd buy a refurb to use as a primary but it's working fine as B/U.
Bang for the buck
Pros: Bought this for a new, medium grade build. Use it for general work, gaming, CAD and have had no issues. The price was right and haven't thought about it until I was reminded to rate it. Always a good thing....
Cons: None so far.
So far very good.
Pros: The installation was as follows: Remind your Bios it's an 1866 pair of sticks. All done. Have no need at this point to OC so can't comment on that. Ran a couple of Benchmarks to see if it achieved its own specs. Passed nicely. Also the price was a nice surprise after shopping for a couple of months. Still reasonably priced for its quality as of this writing.
Cons: None
