Amazing!

Pros: This card is amazing! A little more than most sound cards, a little less than its bigger borthers, but amazing sound for the price. Just installed this thing with a z5500 speaker system and it sounds incredible. best sound I have ever heard in a computer PERIOD. Battlefield 2 is a whole new game with this badboy.. I was blown away by how much I was missing from the game before I got this. Setup was a breeze and the software is awsome. YOu can virtually setup your listening area with the THX software to tweak it to fit your room/speakers/etc.
Cons: Wish this model had the XRAM! But oh well... that why those cards are more expensive ;)
Overall Review: Seriously though... in games like BF2... I was blown away by how much more detail there was in the game after playing for about an hour... the surround was incredible... and that was BEFORE I noticed it was in 2.1 mode!! lol I switch the rears on and almost soiled myself :O
Same problems as others

Pros: Was great while it worked.... Now that it is dead I will have to get a 8800 series... :)
Cons: Artifacts!! Unfortunatly I am now seeing all the same problems everyone else has... I have had this card for about 4-5 months now and the artifacts are just now appearing. In windows, even in the BIOS... I can only play games for about 15 min before the whole system crashes... very dissapointed...
Overall Review: I have NEVER overclocked this card... I read the warnings but did not heed them... now I am stuck witha paperweight since I put a water block on it and cannot return it...
Don't waste your time

Pros: Cheap
Cons: Installed windows without much trouble, next dead BIOS dies and is now in infinite loop of rebooting. Cannot flash BIOS, clear CMOS, remove battery, nothing works. Dual BIOS is a complete joke. What a piece of junk. Will be RMA. Been running ASUS and MSI for years because of similar problems in past... I take a gamble on first gigabyte board in 5 years to save a few bucks and same old problem... unreal!!!
Atrocious Battery Life

Pros: Great mouse, looks good, tracks good, pretty good customizations
Cons: Could be better for larger hands. Battery life on this thing is terrible. I mean terrible. If you do not keep it on the charging cradle when not in use, it will be dead the next time you go to use it. You almost have to have a back up mouse or constantly keep the cable plugged in. I don't use this mouse for gaming as much as I use it for regular tasks, but every time I forget to put it on the cradle at night it is dead in the morning
Started good... ended poorly...

Pros: Ran good while it lasted!
Cons: Same problems as the others.... apperantly this card has a very high failure rate :( I read all the bad things about this card and went ahead and got one anyway (not from newegg). Sucker ran fast for about 2 months then just died on me... weak... Has been in ASUS RMA for almost 3 weeks now, and now they tell me they are going to swap it for a refurbished card... what the heck ASUS.. that is junk. You sell me a junk card, and then when it breaks you swap it for another junk card that has a bandaid slapped on it? Why does it take 3-4 weeks to do this? And why can't you get anyone on the phone that actually knows what they are doing... bad, bad, bad...
Overall Review: Stay away from this card. I have tested several 5870s and the only thing special abotu this card is that it is more expensive. You will be better off with a reference Sapphire card
3 one, awesome again

Pros: THis is my 3rd one of these, and have been lucky so far. All 3 unlocked all 4 cores and stable OC to 3.6 on stock voltage. Stable 24/7 @ 100% loand on BONIC.
Cons: none
Overall Review: Simply the best deal there is on a CPU. Even if you don't get lucky and can't unlock the cores, you can still OC these things to 4Ghz wit ha voltage bump and a decent cooler
