Quietest fans that I have found

Vantec Stealth 92 mm Double Ball Bearing Silent Case Fan - Model SF9225L
Vantec Stealth 92 mm Double Ball Bearing Silent Case Fan - Model SF9225L

Pros: Quietest fans that I have found. Ball bearing.

Cons: Depending on the installation, still not quiet enough. If you want to use these for a media center install, get a controller to slow them down some more.

Overall Review: I have been buying these fans for 5+ years and have yet to have one fail on me. Very quiet operation.

Works well, Good price

Seagate SV35.5 ST31000525SV 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Internal Hard Drive Retail
Seagate SV35.5 ST31000525SV 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Internal Hard Drive Retail

Pros: Quiet drive. High capacity for good price. Runs cool.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: I used four of these drives in a RAID 5 array only to find that an array over 2GB is not bootable. This is not a con for the drive, just a note to those looking to do the same setup. I ended up configuring them in a RAID 0+1 instead (2GB) and they are bootable that way.

Pros: I've had good luck with Kingston. No problems to report.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: Can't beat it for the price.
