Pros: Lots of ports

Cons: Does not provide enough PoE to all ports. I have Shoretel Voip phones that other routers have no problems providing power to, but when I have 4 phones on this router, they start to act funny every once in a while (not powering, network issues, etc...). I am currently using this with 3 phones (which use less than 8W each

Overall Review: I purchased other brands of PoE switches from Newegg, and they work great without any issues.

Pros: Cheap, and it works

Cons: First discovered the speed difference when I was "Alt+Tab"ing my way through windows. There was a delay that I could not put up with. I got the memory to speed up a few computers for some users at my office. Discovered that the memory is slower then most other memory at my office.
