Decent TV, horrendous customer service12/28/2014 11:07:07 PM

Pros: TV itself is actually pretty nice for the price. Very little glare even in bright environments and the colors seem pretty accurate. Everything came well-packaged and the stand is easy to install.

Cons: Remote stopped working completely after a couple of days. I've tried to reach customer service to replace it but the phone number supplied directs you to some generic LED TV tech support line where nobody ever picks up the phone (I've called at least 10 times during standard working hours for the past 2 weeks). I'm guessing a lot of other people are trying to reach them too because you can't even leave a message because the answering machine is full.

Overall Review: Changhong is actually a popular and reputable TV brand in China and it seems they're trying to slowly branch out to America. It seems that the products are pretty good, but the company has failed to basically no customer support infrastructure in North America as of now. Expect ZERO support if anything goes wrong. You won't even be able to get in contact with a customer service rep to act on a warranty.

Looks great, pretty cheap10/29/2012 11:23:56 PM

Pros: Fairly big screen for the price (was $159 +10$ rebate when I bought it). Screen looks amazing and it came without any defects or dead pixels. Colors are vibrant, wide viewing angles. Can't ask for more...

Cons: The stand is a little wobbly as mentioned by a lot of people, but it's definitely not falling over unless I throw a baseball at it or an earthquake happens and all hell breaks loose.
