Decent Video Card
Pros: Cheap with MIR ($ 10). This card supports Analog and Digital outputs as well as TV out.
Cons: The drivers on the CD were old. Had to download updated drivers from nVIDIA website.
Overall Review: No additional power required for the PCI-E card. This card just has a large heat sink and no fan and hence it's quiet.
Constant connection drops
Pros: Small, 802.11 b/g/n, blue led lights for status display
Cons: Connection drops constantly. Requires frequent reboots to re-establish connection.
Overall Review: The first 2 days it worked flawlessly. From 3rd day ... my connection has been dropping ranging from 54Mbps down to zero. The wireless N also only connected at 64~65Mbps. .... but again starts to drop the connection speed. I tested by placing the device 2 feet away from the wireless antenna of the router. Still no luck! I went back to my Netgear Auto 108Mbps b/g router. I'm getting a solid 48Mbps over the 802.11g setting. I'm happy with my 3 year old router.
Low Noise, 80+ efficient power supply
Pros: Excellent product. It has capability to support 4 SATA drives. Free shipping.
Cons: No mounting screws. Price seems a little high, but I hope to recover this over a period of a year by saving on electrical bill.
Overall Review: I am very happy with my purchase and Newegg ROCKS!!!
Impressive product
Pros: Very quiet and the heat sink works well. This is a very good choice for a home PC.
Cons: Small L2 cache.
Overall Review: Based on reviews, some people seem to have trouble installing the heat sink. I have a few suggestions: Hold the motherboard in your hand by placing the foam/sponge packing that included with the mother board. Install the sink in X patern by providing support to the board with your hand. This way you don't bend the board and the sink snaps in place. Make sure to hear click for each pin post.
Decent product
Pros: Great cheap SATA optical drive found on the market. When I ordered it, the rate was $22.99. The burning rate is pretty good.
Cons: No software or cables provided (as this is an OEM). This is the only reason for rating of 4/5. One other thing, the drive is pretty noisy. But then again, I have had worst optical drives in the past.
Overall Review: If noise is a concern, then you may have to invest a little more money and get a better drive.
