great first 4k
Pros: cheap and nothing weird
Cons: back light LIGHTS up dark room
Overall Review: i would recommend this or something similar if you want to try a 4k out but dont have the budget for a high fps or HDR model
loads of features and options great peice
Pros: bought this main after months of debating between x99 & Z170, after the recent developments with nivida and the single core performance of the new skylake cpu in benchmarks the clear answer for me "gameing, light video editing and conversions" z170 was the way to go. it was this main or the asus but evga won me over with just enough but not too much junk i will never use after configuring everything and getting windows installed along with a VM going to my tv for media center. my pc "ADMIN'TIUM" Has been running for 34days opon this review "few restarts for programs no errors or faults running smooth"
Cons: i wouldn't call this a con but the I/O shield just doesn't fit well in my case with a fan near the rear CPU power 8pin is in bad place. but thats just my case again getting Intel graphics running was a pain at first, but after reading the Manuel realized you had to turn it on in bios as its set to disable as default on this main, also when running on chip graphics with a card your card wont show any images till after windows has booted
Overall Review: my build is as follows i7 6700k @4.5ghz 25`c idle 72`c full tilt corsair vengeance Lpx PC4 24000 custom water loop awaiting gtx1080 from evga but intel is getting the job done for now and old graphics card
