Great Performance & No Problems2/13/2012 5:50:02 AM

Pros: - Very fast. Boot into Windows 7 (from the second you release the power button) is average 17 seconds. - No BSOD, boot issues, or any problems whatsoever

Cons: - Price. SSD's are still pricey, but the Corsair Performance Pro is actually one of the best GB to $ ratios for SSDs out there. - Mounting bracket for 3.5 inch does not work in typical rail system. The bracket that is provided does allow you to mount the drive to it. But then there is no way to mount the bracket to my Antec drive rail/trays. So I just layed it in on top of the drive bay. There is no movement, and the cables hold it in place, so no problems.

Overall Review: The system I built with this drive is: ASRock P67 EXTREME6 (B3) LGA 1155 motherboard (AWESOME) G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (Model F3-12800CL9Q-16GBXL) Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO Corsair Performance Pro Series CSSD-P256GBP-BK 2.5" 256GB Radeon 5770 video card I do web development, with a lot of multitasking and many applications open at a time. This system is rock solid, without one hiccup over the past month of heavy daily use. The SSD drive makes opening/saving files very fast. The 16GB of RAM eliminates swap completely, even with CS5 Photoshop files. I have built several systems in the past 10 years. This one is the only one that I can say came off without a hitch. If you are looking for hardware components that are compatible, and work well with each other, I recommend the above combination without reservation.

Great for the price7/16/2004 8:38:32 AM

Comments: I wanted an inexpensive pair of speakers for use at work, but did not want to sacrifice quality. These speakers have VERY good sound quality for the money. Decent mids and highs, and predictable lows (come on, look at what they are). I would highly recommend them.
