Pros: This is an excellent camera with good night time range. Easy installation and integration my existing system. It replaced a camera that came stock. Very clear night vision from home to road where I park the cars (80 feet).
Cons: None yet.
Overall Review: I have three different brands of cameras on my setup. This is the most recent purchase. I will be getting another one soon to replace an old, burned out camera covering the back yard. I was skeptical about purchasing this because I was not familiar with the Zmodo line of products. Now I'd like to replace the other seven cameras with these. Good buy, reasonable price and great camera.
Pros: Inexpensive and do the job. I have computers all over the house. This boosted the ones in the back from a one (poor) to a five immediately.
Overall Review: I bought three of these and installed a couple at the shop. They work well with our equipment and the distant computers are now running at 130 mbs.
Pros: This set up very easily. The cameras work well, day or night. The cameras are trained on the outside of the building and we keep it well lit. It is small, compact and easy to conceal. It arrived two days after I ordered it.
Overall Review: I was getting called in several nights a week at my business by the alarm company. I decided to set this up and see what was going on. I got tired of running down in the middle of the night to check out the building. Second day this was installed I captured video of a transient using one of the sheds as a bedroom. Secured it so he couldn't get in and the alarms have quit going off.
Pros: Works well wired.
Cons: Will not work wireless. I've worked with many IP Cameras. This one simply does not work. Perhaps it is a bad camera, I don't know. Don't have time to RMA so I'm just going to throw it in the trash.
Overall Review: If you just want to use it for a wired camera then it is fine. But to place it anywhere with out a wire it is worthless. Usually Linksys makes good products, this one is not.
Pros: Easy set up. Recognized by all computers immediately.
Pros: I've been using Western Digital drives for years. They are stable and reliable. This is the third or fourth 750GB drive I've installed this year and as usual it went flawlessly.
Overall Review: In installed this 750 GB drive in my personal machine. I now have three of them in there and they have been no problem at all.
Pros: Low cost, sturdy, good user interface.
Cons: Does not recognize my linux apache server.
Overall Review: Good basic router. Works well for most needs.
Pros: Attractive, fast and lightscribe is a plus. Works flawlessly on my XP X64. I've burned a dozen CD and DVDs with out a coaster yet.
Overall Review: I plan on using this DVD burner on my upcoming builds. Everyone wants lightscribe burners these day.
Pros: Windows XP is rock solid, unlike their latest product. XP 64 bit is faster and takes great advantage of up to date equipment.
Installed quickly and easily. Recognized MB and 8 Gig of ram immediately. Works great for video editing.
Overall Review: Hardware and software industry is beginning to catch up with the 64 bit technology. Drivers can be tricky but no big problem. I use DriveDetective to help in the installation.
I plan on getting a few more licenses before they take this off the market and we're left with nothing but 64 bit Vista.
Pros: Inexpensive and works. Matches color of the rest of the machine.
Overall Review: The first one of these I ordered was damaged in shipment. Newegg replaced it immediately with no hassle.
I can't believe this ancient technology is still necessary, but it is dependable and simple.
Pros: Inexpensive, attractive and fast.
Overall Review: I ordered two set of these for a total of 8 GB. They worked flawlessly. Excellent product at an affordable price.
Pros: Sturdy. Handles large capacity drives. Easy to install disc and recognized immediately. Built in fan is a real plus. Drive stays cool.
Overall Review: I'll probably get another one for additional backup storage.
Cons: Sent me the 8MB Cache instead of the 16MB that I ordered.
Overall Review: I'd have sent it back if I'd have noticed the wrong cache before I began transferring files. Check the drive before you begin the installation.
Pros: Good capacity, inexpensive and works well across platforms. I use it with a Mac and Windows machine at work. Works well with my Linux machines at home. Slim design.
Overall Review: I can carry all my portable apps on this and still have plenty of room for large files.
Pros: Very fast, 2 Gig storage, inexpensive.
Cons: Retractable USB plug has no locking mechanism making it extremely to insert and remove without it sliding.
Overall Review: I'm going to just leave this one mounted on one machine and will stick with Kingston from here on out.
Cons: Very unstable and drops its connection often. I have to unplug it and replug it to get it to reconnect.
Overall Review: My last router was a D-Link and it was rock solid. Never dropped a connection and died after six years of heavy use. I'm going back to D-Link.
