Well worth the money
Pros: It seems built really well. sleek design, great screen. AMD E-450 is quite the performer at in its weight class. the equvilent intel is a Pentium B970, which is a 35watt cpu, while this one is only 13watt. GPU is stellar for the tdp. Plays tf2 on low, to lowest settings. the access panel is quite large, giving access to everything, including removal of the heatsink, WITHOUT taking it apart. one screw for cd\dvd, one for the keyboard.
Cons: The CPU performance is lacking regardless of power consumption, it is slow. The microphone is in the most akward position I've ever seen. It is seated right under the left hand ctrl. bloat, but thats expected. 1080p youtube is a no go. we can blame flash performance for this one. The included wifi is garbage. never had a good experience with atheros. I plan to swap it out with a linksys or intel in the future.
Overall Review: Mine came with a single 4GB DDR3 1333 Ramaxel downclocked to 1066 by the chipset, which leaves room for expansion. The wifi is an atheros AR9285, which is n lite. that mean effective speed maxes out at 65mbps.
Works, kinda
Pros: Does the splitting as intended
Cons: for some reason, the mic side has a stereo pole. if your device accepts a stereo microphone, plugging it in all the way will make the audio come out of only one speaker.
Overall Review: I get the cut corners buy ordering twice the male poles of the same type per unit, but the mic side should really be a mono pole.
Tiny and huge at the same time
Pros: Boot's windows in seconds. Fit's most of my games, though I don't have many in the first place. Good price, now that SSD's are commonplace.
Cons: Doesn't come with a Netflix lifetime subscription.
Overall Review: NVMe has proved a very useful standard.
Works great
Pros: Looks great. Nice power phases. get's my 1600 AF just past 4ghz with an air cooler.
Cons: Didn't come with backplate, had to buy a heatsink that came with one, offsetting the refurbish price.
Overall Review: Should have just bought a new one. There's a bios out for this board that supports the new XT chips, but I'm pretty sure this board is already EOL.
Good to know why they're cheap
Pros: Seems to work so far. Paired with a ryzen 1600 AF. DOCP works, though you may have to manually enter some timings.
Cons: These are low end Hynix chips, they're cheap for a reason. Timings are very loose, no overclocking headroom, do not like tight timing.
Overall Review: If you're not building a multi thousand dollar gaming PC, they work great, and will get you max performance from entry level CPU's. Makes my overclocked 1600 AF poop all over the 2600X.
Works good
Pros: I bought a refurbished motherboard. Low and behold, no backplate. It was cheaper to buy this than hunt down an OEM backplate that would fit a wraith spire. Great performance.
Cons: Fan LED not very bright, but does add a nice touch.
Overall Review: It's a hyper 212 with black paint on top and an led fan.
