Overall Review: It arrived as expected. When I went to install the printer, there was no power cord. No power cord? What good is that. It like ordering a laptop and not getting a battery or ac adapter. I wrote newegg and their attitude is along the lines of well it is recertified and not all the accessories would be included. Power cord for printer is an accessory? I understand the usb cord and the phone cord being accessories, but not the power cord. Oh well, at least it came with the software disks and the ink cartridges. Surprise, surprise. Apparently the only option available to me are to return it for a replacement at a shipping cost of what, 20-30 or more dollars? Some choice. And then they would ship me another one and who knows what that would be missing. Serves me right. This is the second large purchase I've made from newegg. The last being a monitor that proved to be a mistake. Live and learn. BTW I went out and got a power cord, not from newegg, and it works fine, so far...

Pros: WOrked at first.

Cons: Won't read burned RW disks. DVD or CD. Lightscribe isn't all that dark.

Overall Review: Not sure I'll get another one from here. This is the second burner I've bought from newegg. Both only lasted a bit over a year. True they wern't expensive, but still a hassel.

Pros: Scans multiple photos and will separate them and scan separately. Handles most modern format film, 35mm, 120/220. Pro mode allows for individual adjustments for each scan.

Cons: Picky on scans of older format films. No adapter for 6x6 slides. Negatives yes, but mounted slides no.

Overall Review: For the price it handles most everything I have. Some difficulty with 126 film and half frame 35mm. No issue with 127 super slide so far. Have had a bit of difficulty with 620 roll film. Seems to want to split it in two with the middle missing. Have to play around with negative positioning and then use elements to merge the 3 scans into one. Results mixed on that. 120/220 6x6 negatives scan properly. Probably will do fine with 6x4.5. Not sure about 6x7 given results with 620 negatives. I've scanned 1 126 slide and it cropped it. Not sure why since I scanned a 127 super slide with no problems. It does an excellent job with photographs and you can set 3 or 4 4x6 prints on the platen and it will recognize all 4 and scan them separately. Very impressive compared to previous old flat bed I had.

Pros: Toshiba service department, rma is excellent. And you'll need it.

Cons: Second drive in 9 months.

Overall Review: Wife's kids laptop. Would crash every two months. First drive finally went after 6 months. Returned to Toshiba for repair in February. Now second drive has failed after 2 months. Thankfully under warrenty. Wouldn't pay for it. Get something, anything else.
