Pros: It's small and it works just fine and it also supports up to a 500gb hard Drive.

Cons: I don't understand why someone would design something where the hard drive is upside down. Never seen one in a laptop that was upside down either. If you have the blue light facing upward then the hard drive is actually upside down. I would have prefered that the hard be in the correct position as it is in the laptops. Maybe Rosewill will explain why the hard drive is upside down when the blue light is facing upward.
