Pros: Purchased this product as a 2nd business line for cost effectiveness and long distance calls. Hooked up and worked with NO issues in 10+ minutes. Put it on backside of the Router with no issues.

Cons: I have had occasional comments (10+%) regarding quality. My side was always clear but the other caller indicated some issues. Not sure if was due to the OOMA product or other isssues. If my network burps I have to reboot the OOMA box and it comes back with no issues.
