Pros: Works great. Found the right model by looking up my UPS on CyberPower web site. Installed, found by scanning network, logged in, added alerts. Done!

Cons: Just as TechSmurf stated, from time to time, the unit simply stops supplying power to everything that is plugged into it. It remains on, without any alarms, yet everything plugged in is dead. Turning it off and then back on fixes the issue. But... what the hell did I buy such a pricey UPS for? A 3 sec power spike and instead of all of my equipment rebooting (if I had no UPS at all), it just stays DEAD until I am able to get back home and reset the UPS?!!!

Overall Review: Given my experience, would not recommend this unit to anyone, even for free.

Pros: Bought it in May 2010. Failed in November 2011. Did get over a year out of it, but for $300 for a mechanical drive under 1GB in size I expect WAY better performance and reliability.
