Excellent Refurb Item

Lenovo ThinkCentre AIO M800z 21.5", i5 6500 upto 3.6GHz, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, 1080P FHD, WIFI, USB 3.1, Windows 10 Pro

Overall Review: The first All-in-One Lenovo we received had a tilted stand and we requested an RMA. The seller reached out proactively to help resolve the problem and replaced the item with another with no issue. The replacement computer is in excellent condition and runs beautifully. It even had a fully update OS! Given the outstanding customer service that we received as well as the excellent condition of the product, we would not hesitate to order another.

Customer Service As It Should Be

I can't say enough good things about this seller. The product we initially received from them had a defect so I requested an RMA and received an immediate response via email. Due to some email difficulties on our end,we sent back the product on the same day that we received a replacement part. I sent another email to let them know that we had returned the item and was immediately contacted by phone and received a replacement for the product 2 days later. I felt that they were genuinely interested in providing quality product and support. They covered all shipping and really made what could have been a difficult and frustrating experience into a simple exchange. The replacement was a quality product and the customer service was outstanding.
