Great speaker for price
Pros: Great home theater horn clarity...great for some music as well Decent bass for size Great bang for the buck
Cons: none at this price level...if you are looking for "audiophile" quality you aren't shopping this price level.
Overall Review: The lower-priced Klipsch speakers (icon/Synergy) are very good for what they are for what you pay, especially if you can get them on sale. The Icon series in particular seems very close to Reference II quality (now the "step up" is called Reference Premiere.)
Preventive maintanence for a 7-year old PC
Pros: Quality...7 years and 4 drives later, never had a Samsung EVO SSD fail or give errors of any kind. Purchasing 500GB in 2020 was cheaper than 250GB in 2014.
Cons: nvme is much faster, and that is what you should get if your motherboard can use it.
Overall Review: Just to be safe I cloned the OS drive so my backup PC will have a few years of dependability remaining. I tried an m.2 nvme drive on the 2014 Asus Z97-AR and had the drive vanish, but luckily all of the data remained. I guess in 2014 m.2 drives were in infancy and the bugs weren't worked out yet.
Probably way overkill for most
Pros: Powerful, quiet, dependable so far
Cons: none
Overall Review: 9700k / RX580 / ASUS Prime Z390 / 2 m.2s / 2 HDDs / 2 x 16GB ram: a not too demanding PC I've owned this PSU for less than a year, so it's not really fair to rate it since the question remains will it last beyond its warranty. I had a PC Power & Cooling PSU years ago, highly rated, that lasted only 10 years so with PSU units you never know. EVGA seems to be a high quality company in the computer world that I've grown to trust, and I've purchased video cards from them before which were top notch so I have faith this PSU will not disappoint over time. Yes, I get it EVGA does not actually make these PSUs but they stake their name on it. So it's a game of trust, really. Who do you trust? At this time I do trust EVGA.
Still good as the years go by
Pros: Dependable No coasters Printable
Cons: none at this price/quality level
Overall Review: MID: RITEK-BR2-000 Suddenly Optical Quantum/Plex Disc are failing with errors and pixelation on my 2 LG burners. I ordered a third burner and the problem persists. Turns out it's not the burners; it's the media. I've used Ridata/Ritek and Optical Quantum/Plex Disc interchangeably for years. No more. Apparently something changed with the other brands. Ridata quality has remained near perfect.
So far so good, but I've only owned it for a year
Pros: Has not failed or given errors so far Western Digital seems to be the best spinning HD company at this moment
Cons: None
Overall Review: Hides in my computer and just works
Fine
Pros: Needed this to add a 4th HD to my PC's PSU while waiting for my new PSU with all of the bells and whistles to arrive
Cons: none really, flimsy?
Overall Review: I think I've said enough.
Reburbished? Looks like factory new to me!
At the price I bought my refurbished center speaker from JBL via Newegg I feel like I stole it. Thank you JBL and thank you Newegg.
