Nice laptop

Pros: With a great dislike for windows 10. And how it bogged down my older machines. This machine breezes through all . The initial setup was easy. I don't believe in sharing data info so shutting most of that off was likely speeding up the overall performance. Using this as a shopping browsing over communication machine its very fast .Almost to fast ! laptop mouse pads can be a source of aggravation. assuming a selection if you leave a finger to long . The wife loves it ,I prefer a desktop.

Overall Review: yes I would recommend this to others .

Cons: This product failed to copy beyond 39% locked up my PC for hours. Forced shut down. Re format, fixed nothing.
Overall Review: Useless out of the box. Return is not worth my time.

very good option

Pros: This was a super fast upgrade for my desktop. I did have a no support issue from my MB even though It had an M.2 slot. Could be the boards fault . It was a refurbished and did not have all its memory slots working . That makes suspect that there may also have been other issues with it. I solved this by purchasing a PCIE card
Cons: No real cons. But these can be difficult to get recognized and working with win 7.That take some special jumping though hoops required, since Microspft pulled support for the necessary drivers. Setting these up as a bootable HD is a real chore. And Intel dose not provide any ether.

Nice product, great condition, the laptop works great as I expected ,with Win 7 such a releaf to operate over win 10

Pros: Good condition , fast delivery. works as expected. but only with the supplied charger plugged in. Some times you just get what you pay for.
Cons: The battery charger does not charge the battery. After searching the internet for solutions . and updating the BIOS. a power message lead me to a possible reason. The charger supplied is actually one for an HP This unit is a Del latitude e5420 that uses a 130 watt supply . A Del. power supply solution is on its way ???? fingers crossed
Overall Review: Maybe they knew maybe they didn't. The plugged in but not charging is a common complaint for these Del laptops I tried all the suggested solutions first.

Charged without shipping in a reasonable time
Shipping label created and my account was charged the day the after order still waiting , not shipped 5 days after charge . Claim presented to Newegg 7 days after being charged resolved to cancel. An in depth search showed the item out of stock from this seller. With no restock expected. Seller claimed to have item in stock . So why had it not been shipped in a timely manner

The adapter worked well and simple to setup though it requires a little assembly it comes with a screw driver.
The seller is in China . Had I seen that clearly I would not have purchased this. I did not want to wait over two weeks. A few more dollars would have gotten another adapter much sooner.

miss matched componants
The main product the laptop was as described and worked well. The pairing with and incompatible charger and cord, that is on them. This led me to a long search for the no charge reason. After flashing the BIOS to the latest. The reason became apparent when the bios showed the charger as a 1 watt. I noted the label on the supplied charger to be an HP 65 Watt . Research noted the latitude E5420 required a 130 watt charger as original equipment. A purchase of a 130 watt charger and resolved the no charge . But still stops at 37 % I suspect the battery needs also to be replaced.
