H&R Block 2021 Deluxe + State
Pros: Worked better for me this year than in past years. Easy to use. Great sale price too!
Overall Review: I would recommend to others.
Nero Errors
Pros: Price and ease of download after purchase.
Cons: Using Windows 7, SP1, Ultimate 64 bit, installed without issues. Very first test was to rip a CD as advertised, but only get "An Unexpected Error Has Occurred" box, click OK and then same thing each time. Not only will it not rip, the error message is totally meaningless. Come on, Nero.
Overall Review: If Nero BR 12.5 fixes this, then let's have it.
Cannot get this setup correctly
Pros: Nice Features
Cons: Took it out of the box and got it setup fairly quickly. Then I went to place it where it would be living and it lost it's brains, losing the network. Now, no matter what I try, it will not connect. Also, it refuses to format the 128gb MicroSD card I bought for it.
Overall Review: At this point, could not suggest others buy this.
Works as Advertised
Pros: Using an older Gigabyte Z170X motherboard, popped these in, ran the XMP bios setting and haven't looked back. Works like a charm and no issues.
Overall Review: I would suggest considering this product, a little less expensive and works great.
DS 3
Pros: Not much to say here. Don't pay more than 3 or 4 dollars for this game.
Cons: Weak story line. Frustrating interface. Not even like the original DS 1 or 2.
Overall Review: Heard this game was not done very well. Loved the earlier ones so had to try it. Sorry I did.
Onkyo C-7030
Pros: The best stand alone CD player that you can buy (that I know of) for well under $200. That statement should get it 5 stars. Should buy cables as good as you can afford to use with it.
Cons: Perfect example of a CD player with exceptional DACs, but not so good output circuitry. Nice case, features, remote, can find no flaws in functionality or layout. However, even though it does a good job of giving you what is on the CD, the overall sound is tinny, thin midrange and not much punch in the bass. But there is a lot of detail. 3 stars here.
Overall Review: Easy to find the faults in this piece, but again, I would venture to say that $179 could not possibly buy a better player. It's just not audiophile quality, at least without some modifications to help the musicality. I hear Onkyo is going to release a higher end model of this. That one should be more of what I, personally, am looking for.
Mask Order
Took way too long to get here. Masks are OK I guess. Very stiff, was expecting something more pliable.
No Big deal
These were digital downloads using UPlay. As long as you have a UPlay account, everything goes quickly and smoothly, unlike having to deal with Steam sometimes.
