Does fine.
Pros: Active chipset cooling. Upgrading BIOS from windows - nice.
Cons: Shipped bios made XP read CPU speed wrong. Update ASAP.
Overall Review: If you have a signle core Athlon 64 and AM2, you'll need PC 5400 (667) - You'll have issue if you try. Dual core supports PC6400 (800) (maybe FX too)
AM2 Single core Athlon 64 needs 667
Pros: Looks good.
Cons: None

Does not fit socket AM2
Pros: Seems nice... wish I could use it!
Cons: Newegg search gave this to me as an AM2 compatable heatsink, but I should have researched more.
