Pros: This card is fantastic. Nice and cool, Very fast, Works as expected. Tons of outputs, Looks very beastly.
This card is REALLY heavy, it is already starting to warp pretty badly, especially where the big Aorus falcon logo is. Back plate is bending with it.
Overall Review: Wish the Aorus software had more customization options.
Pros: looked neat
Cons: Pretty unstable
Pros: Great board, much better than the ASUS Strix boards. Love the reinforced slots and multiple LED zones. Tons of fan headers. The app center is actually pretty neat and the software works. 2 USB3 Headers. Listening to music with my Audio Technica M50's is a joy with this board. There is a SIGNIFICANT difference in quality when compared to other sources. The tuning settings in the BIOS are also quite nice. Currently running my 7700k at a 5.01 stable OC. Smooth sailing.
Cons: Have to update the BIOS if you don't want you CPU to run hot.
Overall Review: Wish it had another USB2 header, there are many case accessories that need a USB header these days. The android app to control the lights doesn't work at all.
Pros: Looks Great, has some neat features
Cons: I have paired this with the STRIX GTX1080 and it fails to post sometimes. When I first assembled everything I couldn't get it to post AT ALL with my GPU installed. I had to take it out and update the bios before I could even remotely get this to post. Even then I sometimes have to unplug my DP from the card and plug it into on-board graphics for it to boot. I set my BIOS to PEG, so that's not the issue. Also when my DP is plugged into the on-board graphics the windows boot resolution is optimal, when plugged into my GPU during a successful boot, the image is stretched and non optimal (Not super important but annoying) Another issue is the Lights stay on even in the shutdown state. (I Have also turned this off in BIOS and the only difference is when ON the lights cycle colors, when I set lights to off, it just stays on a solid color.)
Overall Review: Test your product before release ASUS! This is a straight up embarrassment.
