Great value for 1080p gaming

XFX RS XXX Edition Radeon RX 570 DirectX 12 RX-570P427D6 4GB OC+ 1284 MHz XFX Custom Backplate 256-Bit DDR5 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support Video Card

Pros: Runs 1080p games pretty well out of the box with medium or high settings, and nothing compares for the price. Short length. Just reaches the edge of my motherboard. The latest ATI software makes it easy to mildly overclock with one click. Very quiet with the default fan profile. If you feel daring, you can get more speed out of it. Be sure to change the fan profile so it sounds like a jet engine when temps ramp up if you are going to manually overclock, and remember... they probably won't replace it if you kill it. More power efficient than 580/590 boards.

Cons: The heat sink is a bit anemic for overclocking, but for the price it's appropriate. The fan shroud looks a bit weird for my taste. Keep it simple. Red fans, and a bright blue power LED. So, what do I set my RGB lighting to? Red, or blue? Silly design decision. Stick with black fans. The default fan profile should ramp up the speed at the top of the temp range. If the card gets that hot, protecting the card should come before sound level. Not fast enough to maintain 60 fps without turning down the image quality settings on a lot of games.

Overall Review: A great, entry level gaming card for 1080p. Nothing comes close at the current performance/$. Great for budget conscious builds, but not so good for the latest AAA games or higher resolutions.

Not worth much

Rosewill RHKN-11003 5-Piece Stainless Steel Knife Cutlery Block Set
Rosewill RHKN-11003 5-Piece Stainless Steel Knife Cutlery Block Set

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Cheap steel, cheap/short handles (at least an inch shorter than other knives I've looked at), short serrated blades (look at the lengths), and no steak knives.

Overall Review: I should have read closely when I ordered. The serrated edges make most of the knives useless in the kitchen at any price. You can buy a better set that even includes steak knives for just over twenty bucks.

Nice mouse at a good price

Nixeus REVEL FIT Gaming Mouse with PMW3360 Gaming Grade Sensor (Rubberized Black)
Nixeus REVEL FIT Gaming Mouse with PMW3360 Gaming Grade Sensor (Rubberized Black)

Pros: Seems smooth, responsive, scroll wheel seems to work well, resolution selection button on top, has extra buttons on the side, fits my large hand well, and if you like blinky lights it has that too.

Cons: None so far

Overall Review: Great mouse for the price, can't speak to durability as I haven't had it very long

Works great so far at 3200, can't try 3600 until I upgrade my CPU

Overall Review: Worked out of the box with only the initial reboots to get the settings right.I'm only running it at 3200 since my RYZEN 2700X doesn't support 3600, but it's been rock solid so far at that speed. I planned on buying another set to bump my RAM up to 64GB if it worked okay, but the price was raised before I even received the order. :(My setup is Just about all black inside, and the color fits in well.

Doesn't run at rated speed (revised)

GeIL EVO SPEAR 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model GASB416GB3200C16ADC

Overall Review: This didn't run at the rated speed out of the box until I bumped the bios voltage to 1.37v.That worked for just over a year, and now it has to be run at 3000 instead of 3200, and it's been replaced with a different brand.Bottom line, I can't recommend it. The manufacturer appears to have been a bit optimistic during the binning process, and it doesn't work at the rated speed, though it does work once it's set for a lower clock speed. Still, that's not what I paid for.

Works great

SAMSUNG 970 EVO M.2 2280 500GB PCIe Gen3. X4, NVMe 1.3 V-NAND 3-bit MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-V7E500BW
SAMSUNG 970 EVO M.2 2280 500GB PCIe Gen3. X4, NVMe 1.3 V-NAND 3-bit MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-V7E500BW

Overall Review: I'm using this on an Gigabyte AORUS B450 motherboard as a 2nd NVMe drive (uses half the PCIe channels). This serves as a cache drive for my large game/work drive (regular hard drive) so it's contents can change significantly from one week to the next depending on what I'm playing or what I'm working on.Since I'm not using the full NVMe interface, I can't say I'm pushing it speed wise, but it has proven to be faster than a regular SSD I used as a cache drive, and I have had zero problems with it over the last 3 1/2 months. My main NVMe and my Linux SSD are both SAMSUNG as well, which should tell you how much I like their drives. I originally planned to buy a cheaper brand for this, but I caught this on sale for only a little more money, and I opted for the SAMSUNG.I see no reason not to give it 5 stars.

Good seller, quick response to contact

I purchased a refurbished laptop from this seller. I contacted the seller about a problem and received a reply within 2 hours. The problem resolved itself but the seller's response was excellent. I would purchase from this seller again.
