Impressive
Pros: - High quality - Awesome warrenty
Cons: - none to date
Overall Review: I just received the unit but I'm impressed with what I've seen so far. In the interest of full disclosure, they are incentivizing customers to leave reviews with a 'FREE $25 STEAM eGift card'.
This is not the MB you're looking for; Move along.
Pros: cheap.
Cons: freezes frequently. ASRock seems to have no solution other than recommend replacing the board: http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=7651&PN=1&title=asrock-ab350m-pro4-freezing
Useless in pfSense
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Constantly throws 'PHY write failure' errors and freezes pfSense.
Poor Configuation Options
Pros: You can kinda sorta configure some things.
Cons: Saying it's capable of 802.1q VLAN tagging and then hiding that it can't port trunk in the datasheet is deceptive. It's not fully 802.1q compliant so just ignore their usage of that term.
Overall Review: I won't be buying Netgear products again.
Doesn't Perform as Advertised
Pros: RGB
Cons: Using XMP 2.0 threw so many errors (tested in MemTest) it destroyed my Windows installation and I can't only use it at DDR-2400.
Minimal Effect
Pros: The noise dropped 5 decibels (from 74 to 69).
Cons: The noise only dropped 5 decibels. The reason the description says, "Suggest to use with your 6" ducting" became apparent when I tried to connect the muffler directly to fan. They are pretty much exactly the same diameter so they don't fit together without some intermediary.
Overall Review: For reference the fan I'm using is the 'Homgrace 6" Inch 430 CFM Inline Duct Fan 3200 RPM Speed'.
