Pros: Works with LTH media. High speed if the right discs are used. Bundled software are great, very useful and powerful. With the right skills, you can probably make professional movies with this burner and software suite. Light-scribe is a nice addition.
Cons: Poor support from the Lite-On website. Needs firmware update to make sure the LTH media works. Lite-On's website links to the new firmware are broken, you have to find it elsewhere.
Overall Review: Don't listen to others that tell you LTH doesn't work with this drive. I've been backing up my files non-stop with both HTL and LTH media, everything worked perfectly. All you have to do is to upgrade the firmware to make sure it works with LTH media perfectly. Firmware upgrade process is VERY SIMPLE as long as you can find it. Lite-On's website links to the firmware is broken the last time I checked, that's a horrible mistake to make. A simple search in Google will find you the latest firmware though.
I recommend to get this version of the drive instead of the OEM version(iHBS112) because this retail version(iHBS212) has 1. Box 2. Two free Blu-ray discs 3. GREAT software bundle and 4. Light-scribe support.
Pros: Great price. Solid built, except the plastic parts, they were broke easily. However, the metal parts feel strong.
Lasted me for over 3 years now, still working well.
Doesn't require a power source, just USB ports.
Cons: Plastic parts break easily, but most of the case is made of metal.
Overall Review: For the price I paid, this is a great enclosure.
Pros: At the time of purchase, it was by FAR the cheapest laser mouse you can find.
Design is not ugly, feels ok in hand. Performed well for games and sensitive functions.
Cons: Only lasted roughly a year. I didn't abuse it nor overuse it, it just died.
Overall Review: You get what you paid for. If you're just looking for a temporary solution, this is GREAT considering the price.
Pros: This is a great router for the price(if under 20 dollars), easy to set up. All you need to do is plug in the cables, and you're done.
I have been using it for over a year now. Hardly ever noticed any connection loss, worked consistently well for me.
Cons: Cheap feeling on the build quality. Blue color is terrible with most room and furniture.
Overall Review: I got it for under 20 dollars. Very impressed how long it has lasted and how consistent it has performed.
I have owned roughly 10 routers in the past, this one is actually the least reliable brand, yet lasted the longest and performed the most consistently. I got lucky I guess.
Pros: This is the best choice you can make for the price range. It has all the inputs you would need for popular standards such as Dolby Digital and DTS. Optical input and the direct analog inputs should be more than sufficient for most computer and/or home theater set up's. Unless you have the super high end equipments.
Sounds are great, bass is strong. I can never turn the volume and bass over half way, they're simply too powerful, yet retains the sound clarity.
The included decoder box/control box is awesome. This eliminates the need for a separate amplifier/decoder for most people. That's a huge amount of saving in terms of $$$.
If you are an audiophile, you may want a better system. However, you will have to spend a couple of hundred dollars more than this system.
Cons: Heavy. That's all.
Overall Review: As long as it doesn't break, I would use it for a few more years.
Pros: Very good for switching between 2 HDMI devices. For its price, I really should give it 5 stars, but there are definitely better products out there.
Cons: Nothing, it's cheap, gets the job done.
Overall Review: This is for switching between 2 HDMI devices. It is using a manual switch, no remote. For more devices and/or remote control, you'll have to spend more $$$.
Pros: Works for its intended purposes.
Cons: Awkward irregular shape and not-perfect positions for the jacks. Concept design seems flawed or the manufacturer failed to follow blue prints. No real issue presented by the above though.
Overall Review: I would recommend other USB hubs with regular shapes instead. However, it's not a bad hub.
Pros: This pair of earphones are amazing for the price. The sound clarity and bass are comparable to those that cost from at least double to quadrible of its price. The added adaptor is a plus for the compatibility with all kinds of devices. The added ear pieces in different sizes are great, they all feel very comfortable. I am a big fan of in-ear earphones and this pair is definitely better than all other earphones in similar price range. The fact that this is a headset with microphone makes multimedia phone owners happy. You will be able to listen to music with great quality, comfort and talk on the phone the way multimedia phones (and/or smartphones) are meant for.
Cons: None. At least not for this price range. If you are an audiophile, you can find very high quality in-ear earphones with microphone that's suitable for high quality music listening(they range from quadrible to forty times the price of this pair). However, audiophiles wouldn't bother with this earphone to begin with anyway. This is for low budget consumers only.
Overall Review: If you are an audiophile, you have just wasted your time looking at this pair of earphone and wasted your time reading my review. However, this is a 5 star product for people on a budget, or simply want a decent pair of earphones for everyday music listening and phone conversations.
Oh btw, the noise isolation for this pair is very good. That can be a good thing and a bad thing. Good thing being the clean music and no interfering noise from outside. Bad thing being the isolation too good, preventing alertness of your surrounding(such as fire, car crashing or someone shouting out to you in order to save your life)
Pros: Great performance for the price, stylish, complete features, sufficient inputs.... basically everything about this speakers set is great for the price you pay. Probably in the top 5% of its class. I don't think anyone can complain anything about this set.(Except for audiophiles)
For average joes, this set would be comparable to the $2,000 set of speakers from top brands like Bose. It would save you a lot of money for your home theater set up(even though it's computer speakers, it's still THX certified).
For audiophiles, you probably want to look elsewhere, from what I heard anyway.
Cons: A little too heavy, but it's expected for such a large subwoofer. So honestly I can't really think of any con... not at this price range.
Overall Review: I bought a set for myself 2 years ago, bought another set for my gf's new apt a month ago as a home theater set up in the living room. Newegg service was always fast and reliable. I ALWAYS come to Newegg first before I look anywhere else.
