Pros: With max overvolt and the highest stable overclock I've ever been able to achieve it never went over 58⁰ celcius on time spy. They're relatively easy to install and work well.
Cons: I'm not crazy about the heatsink tape. It doesn't stick very well to the chips. I cleaned them with alchohol, acetone and even carberator cleaner and I was never happy with how they stuck on. Now that I know I am happy with the coolers I will go back and reattach them with thermal epoxy a much more permanent solution.
Overall Review: I put these on 2 Zotac 980ti extremes. The fans were good and overall very happy with the performance. I used better thermal past on the GPU too. They come from China so shipping is a little long even if paid for faster.
Pros: Works good was able to get 4.375 on a H100I V2 without going over 75 degrees Celsius.
Cons: All of the other reviews are correct, it hits a wall when overclocking and gets really hot stupid fast so you need to pay attention to temps when overclocking. But I think for a 6 core 4.375 is respectable and only knocked off on egg.
Overall Review: I love to benchmark and stress test I am kind of disappointed that any more voltage and it scares me.
My 2700K ran 5.2GHz its entire life and as fast as 5.3 benchmarking on an H100 so I am a little disappointed but again this has 50% more cores to heat up.
Pros: It looks good and does pretty much worked out of the box. Was able to get 4.375 out of my 6800K with H100I V2 and never crosses 75 degrees Celsius.
Cons: I guess because I updated the BIOS I now get this error on every boot up.
"mac address are invalid in both cmos and flash" and I am forced to hit F1 EVERY time I boot up.
And if I switch to the secondary BIOS no RAM is detected so I can't go back because I cant access the backup BIOS that is supposed to be a fail safe.
Overall Review: I know it's a budget board but it is their top of the line. I really expected better quality. I will reach out to ASRock and hopefully come to a resolution that doesn't require me disassembling my new PC and going for weeks with nothing. I will do another review if ASRock can help me.
Pros: They work as described.
Cons: Horrible noise from one of the cooling fans it whines and then hums like it is out of balance. If I unplug it no more noise. Not the quality one would expect for such expensive ram.
As I sit here and type this it's noise is maddening. Plus the holders for the fan keep it so far away from the ram I am unable to run push pull fans on my 240mm radiator in an enormous Thor V2 case. This is my 1st corsair RAM and it will probably be my last.
Merry Christmas to me...
Overall Review: I am not sure how to proceed with this situation. I no longer have all the packaging as it almost all got tossed in after Christmas clean up. I will follow up with another review if Newegg or Corsair can make this right.
Pros: Don't know
Cons: It arrived with no remote. So I have to pack it up and ship it back just to wait another week to hopefully get a complete package...
Overall Review: I bought it because I thought it was a good deal but now I'm not sure I would do it again... I wish they could just send me a remote.
Pros: It has plenty of power for a complete system.
Cons: It produces a whining screeching noise out of the right speakers when it is 1st powered on. It continues to make the noise until it receives an input signal from the radio so if the volume is all the way down when the system is turned on it makes the noise until you turn up the volume.
It also makes a loud pop through the subs when its turned off.
And it has a slight amount of engine noise.
I would not buy this amp!
Overall Review: I've worked in the car audio field most of my life I was a Best Buy car audio supervisor, I am a DEI factory trained installer and at one time was a certified MECP 1st class installer. I have never have I had these issues with any other amp.
This was a direct replacement for a Boston Acoustics GT40 that I ran for years and never had any of these issues. I have all 100% copper oxygen free 4 gauge wire, all terminals are soldered on and I have 3 sets of Fosgate twisted pair RCAs run down the opposite side of my vehicle.I went through and checked to make sure no cables were pinched or damaged in any way just to make sure there wasn't anything I did. For an almost $300 amp I am very unhappy.
Pros: Keyboard works good and lights up.
Cons: The biggest con is the mouse wheel rolls really rough and squeaks loudly. It's annoying and basically useless...
Also you have to turn on the keyboard lights eventide you power on your computer otherwise you cannot see what the buttons are.
Overall Review: I bought this thinking cooler master was a decent brand with a quality product. I was wrong, try to find something else avoid this headache!
I recorded a video to demonstrate the level of noise but I guess newegg won't allow video reviews anymore.
Pros: Very fast and powerful with room to overclock it even more than it already is!
I owned 3 R9290Xs and decided to sell them due to the amount of noise and heat they generated. I am truly glad I did! This card is so quiet in comparison it's hard to believe.
The cooling fans don't even kick on till it reaches 60 degrees Celsius. I am running a 28" Samsung 4K monitor and am very happy with this card!
Cons: It's huge, takes 3 expansion slots total so if you're looking at an SLI setup check your motherboard manual for slot spacing of SLI setup and choose your card wisely!
Overall Review: I have never owned a Zotac product and decided to give them a try when EVGA couldn't seem to get the Hybrid or the Classified 980TI's in stock. This card is faster out of the box than both and is faster than the Kingpin version out of the box as well and has room to overclock and overvolt beyond what it has out of the box!
My current 3Dmark Fire Strike score of 22570 with 1 980ti running over 1500MHz core clock on a 3770K is better than 99% of all results with just 1 GPU!
Looks like I am a Zotac customer now and happy for it!
Pros: It works somewhat. when it does it's great but the rest of the time it seems like a waste of money.
Cons: The Pictures sometimes flicker and have to turn TV's and cable box off and on several times till it decides to work. Even if it is just 1 TV I still must fight with getting it to work. And the audio has lots of static to the 2nd TV I have to use a second set of speakers and get the audio from the RCA plugs on the cable box to get a clean audio signal and I have tried numerous HDMI Cables with no luck at all....
Overall Review: Really not happy with it I read some of the other reviews before I purchased this and others said it worked great with no problems but I have had nothing but problems....
Pros: Extremely sharp picture, Great colors I have 2 older ASUS VS series Monitors at 1080P on each side and the difference is very noticeable.
Cons: I wish the stand was a little nicer with better adjustability but it is more than sufficient for a gamer sitting in front of it.
I had an Issue with the screen flickering and going black completely for just a second but it was very annoying and I was close to sending this monitor back but after some reading I found that it SLI/Crossfire were turned off it goes away evidently it is a driver issue not a monitor problem.
I uninstalled the Video drivers that I was running and installed the latest beta drivers and so far it has been rock solid with no flickers at all and I have crossfire turned on too.
Also everything from task bar to icons are all really small. I had to increase their size as high as possible (150%) and they are better but still smaller than on a 1080 screen. But some things that aren't affected by the adjustment like Steam or Origin windows are fairly small and if you are too far away could cause some people to have a hard time reading the little windows.
Overall Review: 4K is no joke if you want to run games like BF4 at Ultra preset settings your PC better have some horsepower!
Intel 3770K @ 4.8GHz
32 Gigs of G.skill Trident @ 2400MHz
ASUS Maximus V Extreme
3 Sapphire R9 290Xs in Trifire
OCZ 1250watt PSU
2 OCZ Vertex 3 240GB Max Iops in Raid 0
IN WIN GRone Gray Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case
(All purchased from Newegg)
Pros: 2560x1440 resolution and the stand is very nice and easily adjustable.
Cons: I think it is supposed to have speakers but no matter what I do I get no audio. I've tried HDMI audio & I plugged in my phone through the headphone input jack and still no audio... Overall not very happy considering the cost of the monitor. Probably will send it back and buy something else.
Overall Review: Overall it seems like a good monitor but not being able to get it to play audio is really annoying if I keep it I will have to pay for external speakers Not a good feeling on a $900 monitor I am very disappointed...
Pros: Works Great! And had a good price too! Looked like it was new when it arrived.
Pros: Good Grip, Good Suction cup and good price! Works great with my Samsung Galaxy S4!
Cons: Took a little while to get here because it shipped from China but not anything I would take an egg off for.
Overall Review: Great clip for phones and in white so it matched my phone too!
Pros: Awesome for someone that needs a short cable or needs an adjustable one.
Overall Review: shipped fast
Pros: Bought this so I would have 1 in my car as well as at home and this works great shipped fast and had a great price!
Pros: Works as described charges 4 USB electronic devices fast and without any problems.
Cons: Not really a con but the blue LED is really bright when trying to sleep... I had to put a piece of electrical tape over it.
Overall Review: I was tired of trying to charge items on my computer and other usb ports around the house I just wanted a single place where I could go and plug in my phone, bluetooth ear piece, back up battery and tablet so that I knew they all would be ready for work in the morning and this does the job nicely. I just wish it came with 4 short usb cables because 4 3' cables is a bit of a mess...
Pros: I need to know how may slots it takes up. I have 3 R9 290Xs and they are stacked right on top of each other. Will this cooler work in only 2 slots like with the stock reference cooler?
Cons: Need pictures of it on the cards and in a PC so I can see if it will work for my setup.
Overall Review: Please help I am soooo tired of the noise!
Pros: Great cables at a great price! I liked the round cables because they were easier to tie together with zipties. They are easy to work with!
Pros: Pretty quiet and work good overall very happy!
Cons: Not really any cons
Overall Review: I used them for an HTPC in my bedroom that runs 24/7 so it had to be quiet and they do the trick!
Pros: 1 out of 2 works...
Cons: 1 out of 2 was bad. Requested 2 RMA's over the past week for return and all requests have been ignored. So beware Newegg offers the product but it is Protrend selling it and you DO NOT get Neweggs level of customer service! I am not happy with this I go to Newegg site and bought this junk and now I cannot get help with it!
Overall Review: Do not buy anything unless it is from the Egg! Anything else and you're on your own!
Pros: They look pretty...
Cons: I was prepared to deal with the heat and noise issues but after 3 months of use I really regret my purchase and I cannot return them. I am soooo tired of the black screens and the poor crossfire performance I wish I had spent a few more dollars and got the 780ti's. Don't buy any R9s right now just Google R9 black screen and see all the complaints and AMD still hasn't fixed the issue 3 months later.
Overall Review: Buy Nvidia you'll be glad you did!
Pros: Full size ATX, 8 expansion slots & holds my H100 in a push/pull configuration nicely! I have it loaded with five 120mm fans and six 140mm fans and with 3 R9 290Xs (Which are known to be hot) I have no temp issues. In fact I am running my 3770K at 4.8GHz!
Cons: The dust covers are a little on the cheap side they are just screen that snap into grooves but they do work so I didn't take an egg off.
Overall Review: I was running the Silverstone Raven RV-03 but I had to make a mount to hold the H100 radiator outside the case and while it was an amazing case and cooled very wellnvidia I wanted one that would hold everything inside and this worked out nicely! Very happy. I wish I could attach a picture it is really impressive with the 11 red led fans and the metallic grey finish it looks as good as it performs. I built a computer for a friend with the Thor case and its dust filters are worthless I was glad I got the InWin case!
Pros: The second set seems to be working.
Cons: The 1st set had a bad stick right out of the package and it took 2 weeks to get replacements from Newegg. That kind of service feels like your getting punished for buying from Newegg.
Overall Review: I guess I am overall happy I mean they work now... Just really not happy with the 2 week turn around time to exchange a BRAND NEW PRODUCT!
Pros: The SD Card works like it should.
Cons: I got to use the USB adapter 2 times then it quit working...
Overall Review: I bought this because of the price and that it came with the USB adapter... Now that the USB adapter is dead I just ended up paying too much for an SD Card...
Pros: Worked perfect in my nephews GoPro camera he got for Christmas right out of the package!
