Pros: very sturdy and good caster wheels. Love the cable management. Plenty of hardware and spare parts.

Cons: The reason I have it 4 starts, is because the assembly of the bottom pieces was not clear and I had to redo a few times until I got them correctly lined up. Manual can have a bit more detail. FEDEX delivery totally destroyed the box, however the contents survived unscathed. A suggestion is use sturdier packaging and more straps on outside of the shipping box.

Overall Review: Wonderful server rack for my purposes, and can be easily be expanded. Its not an enterprise rack that you would see in the corporate data centers that weight 400lb, and have many more features, but for small office or home use, its perfect. I use it to hold a few 24 port switches, punch down panel, a couple of 1U servers, monitor, keyboard tray, power strip, 4u ( tower server on its side) , security NVR , a firewall 1u server, 1u UPS battery and still have a lot of space left. I am very happy with this purchase.

Pros: None. Non functional product! TRENDNET pull this defective product from the shelves! Never been so frustrated with such a simple device....

Cons: I spent over an hour with with "tech support" who informed me that firmare on the new devices 1.3 does not exist. Promissed a callback. Never recieved a callback. That group seems pretty incompetent. I decided to try another unit from a local store, but got the same results, no usb conections. Tried my neighbors computer, still no usb. This is garbage!

Overall Review: No. the most recent version of this product is garbage. Dont waste your time. Newegg, please pull these units from your inventory.

Pros: My complaint with the top lid not opening has been resolved. Top lip on my metal besel got squished a little, either through the transport or original assembly. Gently prying it about 1mm allowed top lid to open very easily and smoothly. I am very happy with the case now. Everything runs cool and quiet for me. Rails work great and smooth. It runs quiter then my Dell R420 servers.

Cons: Power cables are still too short for most server mother boards. I had to buy extension cables, not a huge deal breaker, but Seems silly on supermicro's part. Also the LEDs are a bit too bight, especially compared to subdued leds on the bezel.

Overall Review: I would recommend this server case, but with some caviats related to cables.
