Pros: None

Cons: Garbage. This drive will not format;not even utilizing Hitachi's own software.Unfortunately I waited 6 weeks before installing the drive and cannot take advantage of the 30 day return policy offered by Newegg. No fault on their part; just another quality product "Made in China". It goes out in the recyclable trash tomorrow.
