Pros: Been using it for months and works great. Raises to a very good height and is very flexible. Also easily tightens to prevent monitors from swinging. I keep my monitors angled. Attached easily to my desk

Cons: Super sticky. When I insert a cord into the prongs it's super hard to pull out. Like the size of the holes for the prongs are too small.
