Great cables
Pros: Work as breakout cables from a RAID card going to sata hard drives, inexpensive and do the job
Cons: None, unless you don't like the red colour
Solid 4 drive cage
Pros: If you've got some spare 5.25" slots (optical drive bays) and lots of hard drives, this works great. 3 useless optical drive bays gone and now you have 4 drive bays, large fan keeps them cool. Now housing my 4 disk RAID array, takes 2 molex to power all 4 drives in case you are running out of sata power connectors. Fit in my old lian li PC-60 case without any issues.
Cons: Each hard drive sleds take 4 screws to secure each hard drive, which isn't the easier for swapping compared to tool-less, but given how often will happen its no big deal. A guy could argue that the tool-less sleds don't hold the drive as well anyway.
