Pros: Beautiful board...excellent response...no complaints about hardware....easily assembled...good instructions...set-up easy...and fast

Cons: 1. Pros/Cons: BOARD HAS approx 8 usb ports; must use all before using USB hub...keep getting BSOD when using usb hub before using all usb ports. 2. Install disc PRO/CON: Easy to use...almost FOOL PROOF...except the disc requires user to install TRIAL version Antivirus software...NOT GOOD...this part of the install needs to be removed or a FULL ANTIVIRUS install would be helpful.

Overall Review: Sweet Board...it's well worth the money...Just minor thing that a "newb" like me wasn't prepared for...went thru a couple of weeks of hell with this board learning about it's "quirks"...now that I've learned it's "language", I am VERY comfortable with it...

Cons: Excessive film not compatible with my monitor: Viore 22" 1080p LED-LCD TV...no indication in instructions whether trimming will damage item.

Overall Review: I've got about 5" at the top of this item that is unusable. No instruction on whether trimming will damage. Using Viore 22" 1080p LED-LCD TV as monitor, but this item is TOO BIG...width is PERFECT...but HEIGHT is TOO BIG...can it be trimmed...donno...there are NO INSTRUCTIONS on trimming if necessary.

Pros: Performs as described. Came with Windows 11 Pro. Needed to install apps from my neighbors old PC.

Cons: The CD DRIVE will not open. This thing is densely packed and disassembly is EXTREMELY intricate.

Pros: Lightweight...Multi-use...Portable...Chromebook. Wife wanted something to surf the web, watch movies, read emails, etc. This little power-house was built just for that and MORE...oh so much more.

Cons: a bit slow...(for me)...that's why I gave it to my wife...getting use to CHROME operating system...not really a "con" (for me) but for my wife

Overall Review: learning Chrome is like relearning computing...(slightly)...it's invigorating. I opted for the R14 after giving this one to my wife...she loved the fact that Kodi (krypton) plays on it...just as fast as on the android box. She also loves that it's as fast as her IPAD, and more useable. I've haven't shown her how to personalize it to HER own google account yet, so that she can download from the play-store. But she's fallen in love with this little gem. I should have her write the recommendation for this laptop...it would be more glowing.

Not ONLY did the seller get the item to me AHEAD of the scheduled delivery date.... The item came in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING...I would have NEVER KNOWN that it was a "used" item... This VENDOR gets 5+.. GREAT JOB!!!
