Overall Review: Nice size, weight and build quality. I use this to power 3 Raspberry Pi 4b. 8 GB version. If you don't want multiple power bricks connected to your power strip. this is the way to go. I've been using it for several months with out any problem. Use quality USB Cables if you are going to power Pi's meaning don't get the cheapest usb cables possible.
Overall Review: I have a 3 Macs, (2 Macbook pros and iMac) and while it as easy to connect and get working it is not with out issue. I but this in 2020 while Covid was raging and it was the ONLY webcam I could find. However this is not without its issues. The most important is there is NO software with it at all just the web cam. There does not be any sort of support web site. After digging out the vendor ID "Sunplus Innovation Technology Inc." I found a Chinese web site but still nothing in the way of driver software This can support low light but even with the curtains drawn and lights out in my home office and just very low ambient light I still look very washed out. If I have any sort of light on or the curtains open all people see is a totally washed out image. I have been unable to find any way to turn down the brightness with the Mac without buying other software. It seems to have a nice pic and works with FaceTime with Catalina and works with Big Sur. If I and any advice, now that web cams are more available then they were last year. Buy a Name brand that has drivers and support. I think that probably means Logitech. This web cam filled a need. I WOULD NOT BUY IT AGAIN and NOT recommend it.
Pros: look just like the picture.
does what its supposed to do.
Overall Review: it came it a resealable bag that contains bolts for the screws. This little bag will be great to store it in so I don't forget what it is or misplace it (again). Only DB9! you will need an adapter if you want to connect this to a DB25 aka RS-232
Comes with screws.
Fits into drive caddy for Z620.
Cons: better way to secure the 2.5" drive in the tray but that would probably raise the price of the adapter.
Overall Review: This is just what I wanted. Its aluminum with plenty of space for air flow. Fits the SSD I put in it very well and come with a little bag with 4 tiny screws to secure the SSD.
Overall Review: I've had MANY Seagate drives over the years going back to a multi platter behemoth that was only 80 MB! My how things have changed. This 2.5" 1TB drive is perfect for https://www.newegg.com/athena-power-bp-15287sac-other/p/N82E16816119044
Pros: Solid feeling and seems well made.
Tiny fan is remarkably quiet.
Drive bays latch easily and are easy to load.
8, count 'em EIGHT drive bays!
Cons: No per drive status indicator led. I don't know if this will be an issue.
This is a con and a pro at the same time. Due to the location of the power the SATA power connector cable goes behind the fan but since its a small cable about the thickness of your pinky this may not be an issue. The SATA power cable I use is https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16812422643 and it fits both SATA power connections. However if the power connectors were located anywhere else it would require separate SATA power cables.
Overall Review: This is a nice unit and I think it will work well. The drive caddies seem well made but I don't know if they can be bought separately.
So it says it it supports SAS Drives however the drive thickness is only 7mm and the thinest SAS drives I found were over 9mm. That said the Seagate ST1000LM049 SATA 3 drives fit perfectly.
The nice thing about this is that with two 5.25 inch drive bays I can have a 16 disk array! Heck of a lot cheaper than an external NAS.
Overall Review: I plugged it in a it worked. I like that its a pretty basic design I'm not in to the whole RGB thing. If you are wondering if this Will work in a Hackintosh it seems to work fine in my with Mojave.
Pros: High Res
Quad Core Snapdragon 600 CPU
Cons: Nothing big so far.
Overall Review: I was debating between this and the Samsung 8" tablet. When I saw this was on sale for $250 I got it. I'm very happy I did its a comfortable weight and size. The 1920x1200 display is bright and just beautiful. Battery Life seems fine to me I fully charged it on Friday and used it all weekend and Sunday night still had 40% battery after installing all kinds of stuff, watching videos and playing with my new "toy". I read a few review complaining about it being slow but I don't see that its been running great I DO however see a bit of lag when I rotate from Portrait to Landscape mode but nothing significant. Although this is purely subjective, it feels like a quality piece of electronics and looks nice. I dropped it by accident and it hit a hard wood floor from about a foot high (30 cm) and no scratch or problems. The only minor wish would be better speaker placement but because or the placement of the speakers cupping your hands while you hold it does wonders.
