Pretty Good And Pretty Fast And Pretty Huge Capacity

HGST Touro Desk 4TB USB 3.0 3.5" External Hard Drive HTOLDX3NB40001ABB(0S03396) Black
HGST Touro Desk 4TB USB 3.0 3.5" External Hard Drive HTOLDX3NB40001ABB(0S03396) Black

Pros: Plenty of backup space. If your looking at this review I can tell you that i'm very satisfied with my purchase. I'm a person who likes to backup everything, so I purchased 2 of these. You never never know. Using my 2 3.0 USB ports from my Intel DQ77MK motherboard making a mirrored copy onto the same identical hard drive, I was getting about 60mb-70mb a sec, sometimes more. I was trying to copy the one drive to the other and realized that the both drives where on the 2.0 USB ports which I was only getting 20mb a sec.

Cons: Doesn't power off the drive when shutting down my desktop (not a big deal to me, but I figured I post to let everyone know). Wish it was 7200rpm, but the drive inside the case is only 5400rpm which isn't a big deal. Of course on all drives, smaller files will be slower to copy then the bigger files. Come out formatted on a Windows 7 Ultimate Desktop to about 3.63TB, but you we should know that.

Overall Review: Couldn't be happier with the purchase of 2 of these drives. If your looking for space, reliability, and a stable backup drive, definitely get yourself a couple of these, you won't be disappointed. Get them while they are still cheap. The first one I paid, $229, a week and a 1/2 later it came down to $209. Get them while you can.

Very Very Slow Compared To Firewire

CORSAIR Voyager 16GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive CMFUSB2.0-16GB
CORSAIR Voyager 16GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive CMFUSB2.0-16GB

Pros: The capacity and the size of the drive in such a small casing. Perfect to have in your jeans pocket or around your neck with you at all times.

Cons: Speed, Speed, Speed.............Where is it? What USB 2.0? Listen, for someone who praises firewire products, this doesn't even come close to speed with it. I have a external bus-powered 100gb firewire drive. I transfered a 7.5gb file to it (5 minutes flat). Now, the same file I tried to transfer onto this Corsair 16gb flash drive (11 minutes). There is no speed in this thing. I'm almost definetly guessing this is a 1.1 USB drive. There is no way the speeds should be twice as long as firewire, considering everyone say USB 2.0 is faster. I have a top of the line PC and everything flys with this thing. This drive just made my life go backwards instead of forwards.

Overall Review: My review has nothing to do with the way NewEgg runs their company. I have been a loyal customer for 5-6 years now and I have never ever had a problem. Shipping is always super fast, and the prices are great. It's just a shame someone like Corsair would put this product out with false information. It should be listed as a 1.1 USB 16gb Flash Drive, because thats exactly what it is. Nothing more. For people who don't use firewire, you will never know the true speed of transfers. Firewire beats USB 2.0 hands down. Talk to people who use it, and they will tell you. Sorry Corsair, you need to tell people the truth about your products. I spent alot of money on this thing, just to be letdown with the horribly slow speeds. Thanks again NewEgg for the fast shipment though. I'm giving it 2 eggs for the capacity and the small size.

Fast Fast Fast. Stable Stable Stable.DId I Mention Fast?

Corsair Force Series GT 2.5" 180GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) CSSD-F180GBGT-BK
Corsair Force Series GT 2.5" 180GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) CSSD-F180GBGT-BK

Pros: Super fast. Read & Write speeds are ridiculous, up to 300-500mbs a sec. Copying to and from this thing. Using it as my main drive and boot up times are cut to 20-30 seconds. Works awesome with Windows 7 Ultimate. $1 per gig isn't bad considering how great this drive is. Get this drive while you can. Besides me, plenty of other people are jumping on the bandwagon because of all the fantastic reviews. That's pretty much these reason I purchased it in the first place. Very happy with my purchase.

Cons: Don't have one. Doesn't do anything bad I can complain about.

Overall Review: Worth the money. Best drive I ever purchased to date. Get's a 7.9 rating on disk transfer rate from Windows 7 Ultimate on the Windows Experience Index which is the highest rating for a hard drive. Buy this thing knowing that this blows away the competition by far. Too many failures with the Intel SSD drives (read all the reviews and heard the Intel SSD drives have issues after 6-12 months). Corsair Rocks!!

Upgraded My Wifes 2.4ghz Duo 2 Core Macbook Unibody

Crucial 8GB (2 x 4GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Laptop Memory Model CT2KIT51264BC1067
Crucial 8GB (2 x 4GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Laptop Memory Model CT2KIT51264BC1067

Pros: Went from 2gb to 8gb with this purchase on my wife's Macbook Unibody Laptop (the aluminum one without the SD card slot) , and boy, what a big change. Everything opens quicker, boot up times are cut in 1/2. Multiple webpages and multiple applications now open up with ease. The Crucial website says this laptop only handles 4gb of RAM, they were mistaken. Did some research in the reviews on newegg and found out other people were installing this RAM in their older Macbooks, so I jumped right on this. Great choice. Happy Wife, Happy Life. Saved me from buying her a new Macbook Pro. Bring some new life into your older model Macbook Unibody Laptop, you'll be amazed.

Cons: Absolutely not one I can think of except they don't have 16gb of ram. 8gb is max.

Overall Review: Buy it, you'll be a happy camper. Who knows, tomorrow this RAM will be overpriced or gone. You know when you sleep on buying things you want, they sellout or discontinue it. Get this 8gb set while you can. I always buy Crucial. Lifetime warranty, and super stable.

Super Nice For The Price!

Acer 22" WSXGA+ LCD Monitor 5 ms D-Sub, DVI X223Wbd
Acer 22" WSXGA+ LCD Monitor 5 ms D-Sub, DVI X223Wbd

Pros: Nice and big. Perfect resolution and picture quality. Tilt works perfect for tilting backwards and forwards. Not one dead pixel.

Cons: Can't really think of any so far. They aren't free.

Overall Review: Ok, since i sat there and read about 100 reviews on these monitors, with the button problems, the tilting problems and everything else that i heard in everyone's cons, I have no idea what people are talking about. First of all i went from 2 19" screens to using 2 of these. I use both mac and pc and if you have problems with picture quality and settings, they can be fixed within the computers themselves, no with the settings buttons on the monitors . If you installed you PC video card drivers, there are so many controls that you can adjust inside them, also with the Mac, you can do the same thing. There is no reason why these shouldn't look perfect. i spent about 10 minutes on each computer adjusting settings, and everything looks super sharp and vibrant. You can't beat the quality of these monitors for the price. And for all you haters out there who always have something bad to say in your reviews, learn how to use your video settings inside you computers. These things are awesome!!

Works Great, But The Drive Is $35 Cheaper On The Same Site.

Western Digital Scorpio Blue WD3200BEVT 320GB 5400 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 2.5" Internal Notebook Hard Drive Bare Drive
Western Digital Scorpio Blue WD3200BEVT 320GB 5400 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 2.5" Internal Notebook Hard Drive Bare Drive

Pros: High capacity, plenty of space for everything. Speed is just as good as any 7200rpm HD out there. I use it with Final Cut Pro without no glitches in the video. Works great in my Macbook Pro.

Cons: If I would have known, I would have bought the external Western Digital 320gb shown here, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136211 . Then I would have ripped the drive out of the case and saved myself $35 and have a external case to put the drive I took out of my Macbook Pro. Ohh well. Live and learn.

Overall Review: I'm gonna buy another for my MiniMac, just waiting a little more, maybe they will have the 7200rpm's out, not that it matters, I just like the extra speed. definetly a good buy, but like I said, check that link out and save yourself $35.
