Works great in SLI
Pros: In SLI, works smoother at higher resolutions than lower ones. Runs very cool, even with two of them pressed up against one another (P5N-D Asus mobo). Presicion software is AWESOME. I can turn up the fans while heavy gaming and turn them down while doing everyday computing. Never goes above 65 degrees under heavy load. 35-37 degrees idle. If you have the means, get two of them. They scale wonderfully, especially at high resolutions. (1920x1080 runs SMOOTHER than 1440x900....amazing!!!).
Cons: This is only a con for my MOBO (P5N-D Asus). The second graphics card covers my SATA connectors...I have to use the L-shaped cables which means only two of them will fit...I have to get rid of one of my HDDs. Not the graphics cards' fault...my MOBO is no good. Not a con for me, but they are pretty large. If you don't have a gaming case (Antec 1200 or Cooler Master HAF 932) then you might run into problems. If you don't have a big case, then you probably don't play too many games and wouldn't own this graphics card anyway, so don't complain about size.
Overall Review: I originally got one (1281 model instead of 1180...no difference between the two), and it did not outperform my SLI 9800gt's. In fact, it did worse. So I bought another one and it is AWESOME!! Crysis NEVER goes below 30FPS...runs at 45FPS most of the time (noAA, all settings to Very High/Enthusiast). Call of Duty 4 with everything all the way up....91FPS, consistently.
LOUD
Pros: It cools the GPU/CPU down by about 5 degrees celsius.
Cons: I have a CoolerMaster HAF case with 4 HUGE fans and this little PCI slot fan is louder than all of the case fans combined!!!!
Overall Review: I would only recommend if you don't mind all the noise.
DUST PROOF!!!
Pros: Small Sleek Easy to build in (except see con) DUST PROOF!!! Options
Cons: Lack of cable management space.
Overall Review: After a month of ownership, there isn't a speck of dust inside my case! I have it setup for positive pressure. The design is understated. It is perfect for enthusiasts, but doesn't look like it was designed by a 13-year-old. I could have used an extra quarter inch of cable management space behind the motherboard, but if you're patient (which I'm not) it shouldn't be a problem. Not many people will run multi-gpu setups on this thing. This case carries my highest recommendation.
Easy install, better than AIO
Pros: Cools better than H110 on previous build (same CPU). Very very very easy to install...makes the Hyper 212 EVO seem difficult by comparison. Whisper quiet.
Cons: Heavy, may put strain on MOBO, but unlikely.
Overall Review: This is an awesome cooler. It is far more effective than the Hyper 212 EVO and cools better (and quieter) than my H110...
Doesn't work
Pros: It looks pretty.
Cons: It doesn't work. Called the cable to give the MAC and SN several times. They even brought their technician out. It didn't work. Don't believe them when they say it works with Cox.
Hyper EVO 212 is awesome!
Pros: With stock cooler, temps ran as high as 97C. With this cooler, it never goes higher than 33C. Fits easily into my Cooler Master HAF 932. Intel i7 920 (OCed to 3.6ghz)
Cons: Installation requires some skill and patience.
