Pros: 750 GB for $90 after rebate - not bad at all.

Cons: The seeking is louder than other drives.

Overall Review: Many others have noted that the drive runs hot. It does when you place it on a desk, but the temps are normal in a moderatly crowded mATX case with a few fans. Temp probe taped to the top of the HD reads about 35-36C, and I can put my hand on it indefinitely without getting burned.

Pros: $10 after rebate is a pretty sweet deal. 74 MB/s sustained transferring a Linux iso between computers (probably HD limited).

Cons: Have to fill out and mail a rebate? Nothing related to the switch though.
