Pros: RAM is Samsung C die on my set, working fine at 3200 on XMP. Good timings at 16-18-18.The RGB is working as well.
Cons: None except perhaps price, I got a great deal on this as a Shell Shocker. Regular price looks a little steep.
Overall Review: Good buy on sale.
Pros: The QVL lists Z490, so I decided to try it on my Z390. Runs fine on stock XMP settings, also stable at 3600 16-16-16 timings on 1.35 volts. Great RAM for AMD or Intel.
Cons: Tall heat spreader might interfere with larger CPU air coolers.
Overall Review: Kinda pricey but you are getting some really good Samsung B-die for your money. I am buying more!
Pros: Mine has Samsung B-die chips, perfect at stock speeds with XMP, even ran well at 3600 with relaxed timings. No heat spreaders, but none needed - max temp is 52 Celsius under load. No RGB - good for me, keeps the price down.
Cons: Lack of heat spreaders and RGB may be a downside for some.
Overall Review: A great price for no frills RAM that just works.
Pros: RAM is stable and error free at 3200 with stock 19-19-19-39 timings. Okay for the price.
Cons: The QVL list on the manufacturer's web page does not list this speed, nor does it cover any 300 series or later Intel motherboards. On my Gigabyte Z390 motherboard with XMP enabled this came up at 3200 and ran fine at that speed. Attempts to manually set to 3600 did not work. It may be that Asus ROG motherboards have BIOS setting to allow this to run correctly given the marketing connection, but I don't have one of those. The weird thing is the SPD shows this to be 1798 Mhz speed RAM, not 1800 MHz. Not sure where the other 2 Mhz went! Yes I have the latest BIOS installed.
Overall Review: Might be okay if you have a compatible Asus ROG motherboard, others may be disappointed. I would love to hear why the used the odd values in the SPD (3596 not 3600). I decided to keep it and run it at 3200 rather than wait for a return.
Pros: Easy installation, clear online instructions. Dead simple wiring, only one connector. Very effective while quiet in operation. Outperforms all other 360 AIOs for a lot less money. Not another Asetek clone. No LEDs - a big plus for me.
Cons: Big question mark - only a 2 year warranty. Brand new so no history, but the company has an excellent reputation. Initial run sold out, long wait for more stock.
Overall Review: I bought two! Very happy with both. Highly recommended with the warranty caveat.
