Still Runs Good! Running on a 1440p @ 144mhz.
Pros: I bought this card back in early 2017 (seems so long ago), and I'm writing this review in Jan 2019. What games am I Playing? What's the fps? Am I overlocking? etc etc BFV - 60fps BF4 - 75 fps Shadow of War - 45fps PUBG - 80 fps Now get this, I'm running on a 1440p @ 144mhz on an HDR monitor with FreeSync. That's correct. Now, I'm not running the above games on Ultra. I have made tweaks to my game setting. But for the most part, the setting are on High or Medium setting. And the games look good! I even made minor changes to my regedit keys. And I have this GPU overclocked, but that's in minuscule amount. I am running this on 1440p ladies n gents. Needles to say this card has NO Problems Ultra 1080p (I did play on 1080p before I ungraded to 1440p). This card has served me very well. I was even considering trying to cross fire, but with all the new GPU about to come out, I will upgrade this eventually to hit that 144mhz mark.
Cons: Can sometimes cause a few issue on 1440p, it might crash but that's rarely. BUT I want to blame that on old drivers... Again had no problems on 1080p. I don't know what the issue is with HDR, but the colors seem a bit 'washed out'. Of course, I can always turn off HDR and the colors look great. YOU the buyer, should also consider weather or not you will be using an HDR monitor. Most of you , don't even have an HDR monitor (plz remember 'game mode' on most monitors are NOT the same as HDR) So if you're using a regular monitor, you may ignore my point on HDR.
comfortable and very responsive
Pros: The ONLY mouse I'll ever buy. Very comfortable, and the simplicity of the design makes it best for your day to day gaming needs.
Cons: not a con to this model, but on other sites they try to sell you newer models to this, which I didn't like.
Overall Review: Like I said this is the only mouse I'll ever buy. I think this might be my 4th.. may be my 5th mouse I've bought.
Pros: I purposely waited and waited to buy my next graphic card. I bought this card and boy, let me tell you it is AMAZING! I even waited one month before doing this review. Cause frankly speaking I wanted to test my games on my FreeSync 2 monitor to see if they actually worked well. I was using an RX580 card before this (it was another MSI card, it served me very well) I stuck with the AMD family for the longest time because it was cheaper than the NVIDIA products. But it was time for an upgrade, and coming from a RX580 I had a brunch of options: -go for an RX590(very minimal upgrade) -go for a Vega 56 (bleh) -go for the Vega 64(was kinda cool-ish ..maybe) - OR get the new Radeon 7 (that 7nm chipset) However the new Radeon 7 and this RTX 2080 are the SAME PRICE. I wanted the most BANG for my dollar! And I was willing to spend the extra $$ this time, for the video card. So I kept looking at the Radeon 7 and THIS Card, the RTX 2080. To me it was a big risk, what if this NVIDIA CARD had problems with my AMD 32" 1440p 144mhz FreeSync 2 HDR monitor? I just wasn't sure. I even saw PLENTY of video on youtube to reconfirm RTX nvidia card now worked well with freesync monitors. Now, after a month of testing I can tell you I have no problems, my gaming experience is BEAUTIFUL! I run every game at HIGH/ULTRA settings, and ALL games the FPS are 120 or match the monitor refresh rate of 144. What games do i play? Shadow of War, BFV, Anthem(got that free buy the way with this card). ALL the games I have a BEAUTIFUL gaming experience, I playing with HDR on, and I have no problems. I mean the Radeon 7 and THIS RTX 2080 are the SAME PRICE, and the only reason why I stuck with AMD, was they were more affordable.
Overall Review: I would not recommend YOU buying the Radeon VII, because you will get a better gaming experience with the RTX 2080 on your freesync monitors. If you're doing production instead of gaming, then perhaps Radeon VII might be worth considering. For GAMING this is BEST card of your $$
