Awesomely powerful.

ASUS Radeon HD 6870 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity EAH6870 DC/2DI2S/1GD5
ASUS Radeon HD 6870 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity EAH6870 DC/2DI2S/1GD5

Pros: Runs fairly silent, especially for a beast such as this. Blows through Crysis (with better than Very High graphics), Fable III, GTA IV, Dragon Age 2 (with Hi-Res pack), and anything else I threw at it at 1080p on all max graphics without breaking a sweat. Overclocks very easily. I'm running at 1000/1150Mhz and barely topping 60 degrees under load. What more could you want from a graphics card?

Cons: It's huge, but other than that it's rock solid. A lot of people complain about ASUS products, but over the last few years I've never had an issue.

Overall Review: This, along with an i5 2500k and 8GB of RAM makes a hell of a machine. I don't know how it'd stand up against Nvidia's $200 cards, but I got it for $150, so if it's ever on sale, it is an amazingly good deal.

You get what you pay for.

Rosewill 2 x 3.5mm Connector Circumaural Multimedia Stereo Headset - RH-001
Rosewill 2 x 3.5mm Connector Circumaural Multimedia Stereo Headset - RH-001

Pros: Cheap Comfy when adjusted (Had to bend them to fit my big head) Sound quality isn't terrible

Cons: The microphone device broke overnight about a week after delivery. Without being in use, the actual microphone stopped functioning all together. Costing less than $7 including shipping, Newegg wants $8.50 to return and replace it.

Overall Review: Perhaps mine was an odd case, but be careful when things are this cheap. If you have to buy more than two or pay to replace it, you could have invested in much better headsets without as much cost or hassle.

Solid case

Rosewill FUTURE Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case, come with Four Fans - 2 x Front Blue LED 120mm Fan, 1x Top 120mm Fan,1x Rear 120mm Fan, Support up to 6 Fans - Retail
Rosewill FUTURE Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case, come with Four Fans - 2 x Front Blue LED 120mm Fan, 1x Top 120mm Fan,1x Rear 120mm Fan, Support up to 6 Fans - Retail

Pros: Pretty big on the inside, and the four fans vent air really well. The PSU on the bottom is weird at first, but works out well enough. If needed, the holes for another 120mm on top and 2 more on the side provide more than enough airflow. Not much to say about a good case, things plug in and fans spin.

Cons: Nothing major, but there are a few annoyances when setting up. It might be my big hands, but I had to remove one of the fans to screw in the motherboard, and with a full ATX board, it's a pretty tight fit.

Overall Review: Looks cool, runs cool, and it's a solid case, what more is needed? On a side note: Make sure you check the size of your graphics card! Some of the bigger ones today might not make it, my HD6870 almost didn't.

Great for the price.

ASUS VH236H Black 23" Full HD Widescreen LCD Monitor w/ Speakers 300 cd/m2 20000 :1 (ASCR)
ASUS VH236H Black 23" Full HD Widescreen LCD Monitor w/ Speakers 300 cd/m2 20000 :1 (ASCR)

Pros: Very nice design, and it works as intended with no dead pixels or other defects. The screen is massive (at least for me, migrating from a 17") and the frame is slim which makes it look really nice. I use it with my PS3 and PC, and it looks really nice at any resolution from 480 all the way up to 1080p. Very nice colors and contrast. Since it has three separate ports and an input button right on the front, it's very easy to switch between sources, which is really nice when you have multiple devices in a small area. It comes with a VGA, DVI, and audio cable, which are always nice to have, even if they're unneeded.

Cons: The buttons on the bottom are stiff and they don't exactly push in horizontally, rather some weird angle, but after a few minutes checking the settings, I got used to it, it's not that big of a deal. The sound isn't the best, but it is bearable if you really can't afford $40 for a decent 2.1 set.

Overall Review: I got this on sale for half-off ($100), which is an amazing deal. I'm not sure how this screen stacks up in it's retail price range, but if it's ever on sale, it's definitely worth it. I'm thinking of getting another if it ever pops up cheap again, I wish I bought two when I could.

Microphone is too quiet.

ASUS USB-BT21 USB 2.0 Mini Bluetooth Dongle
ASUS USB-BT21 USB 2.0 Mini Bluetooth Dongle

Pros: -Small -Software works with Windows 7 (if you manually run the setup) -Syncs with the headsets fine.

Cons: -When I sync my headset, which works perfectly with the PS3, to the computer through the dongle, the microphone is very quiet. I have to yell into the mic for Windows to pick it up, and even then it's quiet. I went through every sound and device options and properties menu and couldn't find a place to turn up the mic anywhere. Google provided no help either (:O) -When I went to email ASUS about this, this product wasn't listed in their drop-down list to submit.

Overall Review: If anyone can help me out or link me to somewhere that can, I would greatly appreciate it. ASUS usually has amazing products, but this kinda ruined it for me.

Wonderful Cooler!

ZALMAN VF700-CU 2 Ball VGA Cooler
ZALMAN VF700-CU 2 Ball VGA Cooler

Pros: Easy installation and very quiet, even on the 12V (max) setting, it is substantially quieter than the stock fan on my Nvidia 7900 GS. It also does the job fantastically. Stock, the idle would be about 55-60 and load would sometimes reach 90 degrees! But with this cooler, I idle at 35-40 and only 45-50 under load. Load in this case is Oblivion at all max graphics with about 45 fps.

Cons: The instructions could be a bit clearer, but if you just read the instructions before you start, and think about it for a few minutes if you're confused, it's quite simple. Besides that, not much bad about this card. I don't loose a PCI slot cause my 16x is at the top, so yeah, just wish I bought the LED version. :D

Overall Review: Very worth the price for anyone that needs to quite their card or to cool it down on a budget. This will definitely hold me over for a few months until I can get a Sapphire HD 4870.
