Suspicious Return
Tt eSPORTS Challenger Prime Backlit Gaming Keyboard
Pros: -Liquid Drains -Brightness wheel on backlight -6 marco keys
Cons: -have a bad habit of shorting out after about 2 years. -Paint can wear off of keys after excessive use.
Overall Review: Someone submitted a return before it even processed under "Customer Dissatisfaction". Still going to try and buy it again because this is the best keyboard I've used in a long time and i want another one.

How not to sell a computer
HP Compaq 8200 Elite Tower Desktop - Intel Quad Core i5 3.10GHz - 4GB DDR3 RAM - 500 GB HDD - DVD RW - Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit
Pros: good speed
Cons: the optical drive was broken, it took twice as long to ship, and the geforce graphics card was entirely missing.
Overall Review: this is inexcusable. i gave them one chance when the shipping went wrong. (they added a half terabyte of memory) i gave them a second chance with the broken optical drive. (new one will arrive next week) but now that an 80 dollar part for the computer isn't even in there, well, i'm simply not going to deal with this anymore. if you like the specs, buy it. but don't expect it to arrive in one piece.

Misleading Stocking
I ordered a keyboard from them when it was in stock. They then put in a return under my name for "customer dissatisfaction" without my knowing, and then changed the item to out of stock. I got my money back, but that was shady business practice there and i'm not buying from them again.
