A Great Buy
Pros: Excellent buy for the money. The laptop looks beautiful, and with an extra 1GB of RAM it runs Vista like a champ. Gaming has been pretty good so far. Neverwinter Nights 2 runs a little choppy at High setting, but is still playable. Bringing it down to medium makes it a lot smoother.
Cons: I really am trying to like Vista, but it is just so hard. XP drivers are really hard to find on ASUS' site.
Overall Review: Overall a great machine, especially for the money. This is the first time I have bought an Asus laptop, but with the way things are going so far I wouldn't have a problem buying from them again.
Pros: Nice looking screen. Definitely powerful enough to play most newer games pretty decently. I popped an extra gig of RAM in, and it runs like a champ.
Cons: The Vista wireless drivers seem kind of flakey. It is hard for me to stay connected to my router for more than a couple of minutes. However I have no problems when I am booted into Linux or XP. The battery life is kind of a bummer, but I can usually squeeze 2 hours or so out of it.
Overall Review: All in all a great machine. I would not hesitate to buy another Asus product.
Works great, looks good

Not bad
Comments: Works good, fairly quiet, but the only problem I had was with the fan. If it is too tight, it grinds against the case. You may have to tune it a little bit when you get it, but otherwise, works as advertised.
