Pros: Everything I could possibly think of as of right now just went into my PS3. The upgrade from the standard hdd 5400rpm's to 7200 actually does speed up load times I've tested it side by side with a friends PS3. It's all I could ask for.

Cons: none so far

Overall Review: I wish it had a 32mb cache but I guess you can't have everything.
