Newegg stands behind 3rd party sellers
HP Deskjet D2320 Color Ink Cartridge - 138 Page Yield (compatible)
Pros: The ink cartridges from '2S Toner' for my Lexmark X6575 did not work for me. I ask for a refund and it was processed quickly. My hope is that some folks get working cartridges as the price is about half retail.
Cons: Disapointed.
Overall Review: The 5 golden eggs go to Newegg's Gold laying Goose (and staff) that has produced well these last 12/15 years. Awesome.

WOW-what a difference a week makes
HDFX - Sony NP-FV70 Replacement Battery
Pros: Now, there are not enough good words that can be said about CS at SUNSET ELECTRONICS. 'SUNSET' CAME THROUGH. I now have two batteries (NP-FV100) that work like a charm. They sent them 'first class mail. Two days from New York to Texas. The Camcorder I bought from newegg.com required a true NP-FV batttery and now I'm all fixed up. The battery that come with the camcorder has a NP-FV50 that is only good for 50/60 minutes.
Cons: Today-none
Overall Review: Given the chance 'SunsetElectronics' CS was excellent. I just had no faith in the begining. So now 5 GOLDEN EGGS are in the basket for them good folks. That goes for newegg.com also. Newegg.com is still de' best of all E'tailers.

First printer I've liked in some time.
Canon PIXMA MG2120 Approx. 8.4 ipm Black Print Speed 4800 x 1200 dpi Color Print Quality USB InkJet MFP Color Printer
Pros: The set up was quick and easy. Fits all my needs.
Cons: NONE at this time.
Overall Review: Hope the reviews of low ink usage prove to be correct. (there are lot's of reviews on other websites that give this printer high marks.)

SunseElectronics, has promised to replace the the batteries ordered and received that were not the product on their listing. They would not work in camcorder bought from newegg.com and is a fine unit. sent quickly.They have promised to send two HDFX NP-FV100's but no shipping info' recieved.

did not revieive the listed battery
Sunset sent two batteries that do not work in my -Sony HDR CX260 that came from newegg.com. Waiting for them to send replacements to correct this error. This is not the newegg.com I've come to love. We will see what's next.
