SilverStone Fortress Series FT02B-W Black Aluminum / Steel Computer Case
SilverStone Fortress Series FT02B-W Black Aluminum / Steel Computer Case

Pros: - Beautiful case with excellent build quality and attention to detail. I've never paid this much for a case but I can say its well worth it. Some things you get what you pay for, this is one of them. - If you use the built in speed switches for the 3 180mm fans, on low you'll be taking off the cover to make sure they're on, seriously they're that quiet. On high, you can hear them sure but it's pretty quiet, mostly blends in as background noise which is pretty impressive for 180mm. - I've never been able to get that clean look keeping the wires hidden but there is tons of space behind the motherboard tray to hide wires behind. The only place you can see wires now is where they come up to connect to the different devices.

Cons: -Though the top panel is made with thick sturdy plastic, I feel like im gonna break the pins off everytime I go to pop it off to access the "back panel" connections. -BFG1000EX PSU intake fan doesnt completely line up with the fresh air intake grill, about 1/3 of it is covered so no guarentees on that perfect alignment there. -Its quiet sure but not as much as I was expecting from the reviews. I'm coming from a Panzerbox that has x2 200mm fans in it. I was hoping for it to be more quiet then it is (but its still quieter then the Panzerbox). -I have a full 7.5 inch bluray/dvd burner drive and because of that length the top 2 5.25 bays can't be used because the drive hits the case where it angles down into the slot covers for external connections. On top of that I also run a pair of 6970s in CF and the connections on the drive are pinched in between the drive itself and the second card. If you have a 5.25 device that is 7.5 inches in length the last expansion slot is blocked

Overall Review: Even with the one egg off, I could easily recommend this case to anyone looking for a qualit case that cools well while also keeping very quiet at the same time. I suggest to anyone thinking of getting this case to review their system setup and ensure that if they are going to have multiple GPUs running to make sure that their optical drive is 7 inches or less in length OR to get a set of 90 degree SATA data and power connectors so your not pinching wires into place. As far as fitment is concerned, 6970s fit in this case with about 2 inches between the end of the card and the fan grills and a Corsair watercooler fits exceptionally well and even looks real nice in this case. HIGHLY RECOMMEND using a modular PSU to keep it looking clean. Case comes with adapter brackets to install 120x2 radiator with the 180mm fans. PSU holds in just fine under the 4 mounting screws.

Great Little Case...but

GMC R-2 Toast AZT-GMCR2-BL Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
GMC R-2 Toast AZT-GMCR2-BL Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Very small case for being ATX form factor. Very stylish if your looking for a minimalist type case with a little bit of flare. The LEDs illumination on the front of the case is not rediculously bright and annoying like a lot of cases with LEDs on them are...plus side is that they can be unplugged very easily. Optical Drive works as advertised with no issues getting the button on the case to line up with the button on the drive to eject the disk. Multiple options for running the wiring to the Optical Drive as well. 90mm fans can be mounted two in the rear, one on the side door and another on the bottom of the case so ventilation of the case is good.

Cons: If you have a high end card like a GeForce 200 series or possibly even a 9000 series card your going to have a hard time making it fit. Ive had 2 GF 260s in mine but they have to be slid in sideways and then coaxed into place to fit right. Also, being that its such a small case, heat can be an issue. If you have an older IDE Optical drive then it gets a little cramped running the larger ribbon cable through the provided holes...but still possible. If your a freak about cooling then this case may scare you as it can only support 90mm fans. No dust filters although thats more of a high end option in cases but does result in the need to have a can of air blown through it every month or so depending on the dust levels in your enviroment.

Overall Review: I ding the case 2 eggs because higher end video cards are a PITA (difficult) to fit in the case and cooling options are pretty minimal. I've moved this case around a lot and its stood up to it all so I think it would be a great LAN Party case but at the same time if your into having a bunch of drives then this is definately not for you because the only exterior type drive you can put in is an optical drive...although a card reader MIGHT work as with the use of a adapter brackets (2.5 to 3.5 drive bay). I would highly suggest this case to anyone that likes the styling and doesnt intend to put really high end stuff in it, otherwise you might run into some fitment issues.

Eh...

rooCASE Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1in.: Multi-Angle Leather Case & Stylus
rooCASE Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1in.: Multi-Angle Leather Case & Stylus

Pros: Provides additional bulk to a very slim tablet Protects body of tablet against short drops and normal wear and tear Appears to be well constructed

Cons: Would be nice to be able to swivel the orientation from landscape to portrait when folded into a stand. A strap to keep the case folded open would have also been a plus.

Overall Review: The reason I gave this a one egg rating is for eBag's handling of my order. I ordered this and paid for two day shipping at the same time I ordered my tablet from newegg. Two days later I had the tablet in hand but eBags still hadn't even charged my account yet. It was 6 days until I got the case. Upon opening the package, they sent me the wrong case! I really received the case that is 15 dollars cheaper that doesn't include the stylus. After looking at all the packaging, I noticed that the model number on the internal paper packaging was for the cheaper case but the model number on the external plastic packaging matched for the case I ordered. With how excellent Newegg has always been for me, ordering a product from a partnered supplier has really been a disappointment and I will definately shy away from doing it in the future.

OCZ Agility Series 2.5" 60GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) OCZSSD2-1AGT60G
OCZ Agility Series 2.5" 60GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) OCZSSD2-1AGT60G

Pros: Rediculousl fast for its price. If your coming from a mechanical HDD your going to be blown away by the responsiveness that you get from having an OS installed on a SSD.

Cons: Tried installing a few games but didn't notice an appreciable difference in loading times. My guess is most of the load time with games has to deal with loading the resources from ram to vram or something of the sorts. Not really a con in the general sense, but dont expect it to improve your gaming experiance.

Overall Review: I stay fairly up to date with my computer systems and have never noticed such a huge jump in performance as I have going from a mechanical HDD to a SSD. This is worth every penny you pay.

KINAMAX ADP-IDE23 Laptop 2.5" to Desktop 3.5" IDE Hard Drive Adapter Converter
KINAMAX ADP-IDE23 Laptop 2.5" to Desktop 3.5" IDE Hard Drive Adapter Converter

Pros: -Works as advertised

Cons: -None yet

Overall Review: I've read the other reviews here about having to modify the adapter to get it to work right and that made me a bit skeptical about it but when it came in the mail, it hooked up just fine to my old Sony Vaio laptop and interfaced fine with my PC. My guess is the way I received it was the intended product from the manufacturer and these other people that have had to do something to get it to work are the product of either poor quality control from the manufacturer or just that small percentage of acceptable deviation being the loudest. Either way is probably a likely culprit.

XFX Radeon HD 6970 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity HD-697A-CNFC

Pros: A pair of these are screaming fast on a single monitor at 1920x1200. Maxed out settings with x8 MSAA, x16AF and HBAO enabled in Medal of Honor and still ran around 90-110FPS

Cons: DOES NOT COME WITH A DP ADAPTER. If you plan on running 3 monitors or more you have to buy a miniDP adapter.

Overall Review: Be sure to order yourself an ACTIVE mini-DP to DVI adapter if your monitors do not support DisplayPort. To be sure its an active adapter, it will have a seperate cable for power like a USB connection or something of the sort. I've noticed a lot of them being marketed as active when they are not.
