Great budget HDD.

Western Digital Scorpio Blue WD3200BPVT 320GB 5400 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 2.5" Internal Notebook Hard Drive Bare Drive
Western Digital Scorpio Blue WD3200BPVT 320GB 5400 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 2.5" Internal Notebook Hard Drive Bare Drive

Pros: Stores data. Doesn't randomly burst into flames or summon demons that devour small children/pets.

Cons: Not exactly speedy, but blue drives aren't. That's how it goes.

Overall Review: Purchased this drive to replace a failing HDD in an older ACER laptop, certainly can't complain, working as advertised. Note: A green drive would have been better for a laptop, yes, however the machine in question is always plugged in, it's battery has probably been dead for years tbh.

Just what I expected.

Pros: -Appears to be OEM -Arrived after 9 days

Cons: -Could have been packaged better, was in an envelope with a note that said thanks, please contact us if you have any issues, but no contact information whatsoever.

Great budget case

NZXT Source 210 S210-001 Black SECC Steel, ABS Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
NZXT Source 210 S210-001 Black SECC Steel, ABS Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Some cable management space behind motherboard tray. Great airflow, lots of ventilation. Lots of screws etc. for mounting ... just about anything tbh. Low price.

Cons: Top cover area could have been raised just slightly to allow mounting of a radiator on the dual 140mm fan mount. Only one included fan. No USB 3.0 ports.

Overall Review: I wouldn't remove an egg for lack of USB 3.0 ports, or for the lack of an intake fan (that's one of the things keeping the price of the case so low), however I did take one off for the tight clearance above the motherboard tray. It would be nice if an NZXT radiator could be mounted into this NZXT case, but alas, someone chose not to provide adequate clearance for such. I've since modded my case (by removing the top fan grills and custom molding a fan shroud, so I have radiator inside, fans outside.) and am happy. I did know the kraken wasn't going to fit before I bought it, and was ready to do the modification necessary to make it so, however once I got the case I realized what a trivial thing it would be to very slightly raise the top cover a touch to achieve the same result from the factory.
