I ordered the item with 8-15 business day shipping, it has been 22 business days. Last I looked and emailed them their internal shipping showed the package in 2 different places having been handed off to USPS. USPS said they were still waiting to receive it. After telling them they missed the timeline I needed it in and they wouldn't tell me where it was all they offered was for a discount in the future. I will never order from them again. COVID does not explain why no one can figure out if my item is in CA or IN. UPDATE: The item eventually showed up, it's not the quality the description led me to believe but that's a different issue. The seller was not helpful though the shipping process never offering updates as things were delayed, claiming when contacted that it was due to COVID. That does not excuse a lack of any communication and not updating your advertised shipping timelines if you know things are delayed. They will also endlessly pester you to delete your negative reviews with sad stories about how they are a small business and your reviews hurt them. Luckily their explicit instructions on how to delete the review showed me how to add this edit as well. As a small business owner as well I encourage you to spend more time reviewing your CS policies and less time trying to guilt your dissatisfied customers into changing reviews. Also offering discounts on future purchases to people who will never buy from you again does not help mend any bridges.

The shipping was timely, but it was sent in only its original package. I would have preferred a more mundane box for a computer monitor to make it less likely to disappear in the porch pirate age.

The item arrived two days ahead of schedule packaged very nicely.
