Pros: Looks cool and has a great storage capacity.
Cons: Ordered this while it was on sale and thought it would be great since I've had good products from Corsair. It worked for like a few minutes, then when transfering files over to the drive it died. Windows detected 0 bytes on the usb slider, and a formatting window kept popping up. I got an RMA from Newegg and after getting the new usb slider the same thing happened, but this time it didn't even last long enough to transfer anything. Total garbage in my opinion.
Overall Review: Perhaps I got unlucky or the batch that Newegg had was bad. Either way I was saddened that this item did not work. Newegg was easy to work with and refunded me my money. Just so that your wondering if it was my computer, I tried the stick on two other computers in the house. The results were the same for both usb sliders. If your on the fence about this item I would say don't risk it and go with something else.
Pros: Easily overclocked and out performs the more expensive cards out there in this line. The fans are quiet when pushed to the max, and are even quieter than the Evga 980gtx. Maxes out all games I have thrown at it, even a heavily modded Skyrim. Metal gear solid looks stunning maxed out and keeps good framerates especially when the card is overclocked.
Cons: None that I can think of other than I should of ordered two when they were on sale.
Overall Review: The decision to buy this over other models was a no brainer for me especially since it can be overlocked higher than the more expensive versions whether it be this line or any other. I upgraded from a gtx 980 mainly because I wanted more vram due to running two 32 inch 2560x1600 monitors. I will be ordering another and then after making sure they both overclock well will be adding them to my water cooled loop system.
Pros: Lots of space, and was cheaper than getting a bare drive. Easty to remove froom casing. Ran several checks with seagate tools to ensure the drive was good (bought two).
Cons: Drive isn't that great at moving large file sizes. Though I knew this going in, I was just amazed at how slow it is, like 410 GB @ 30 MB a second, however it started out fast. So move smaller file sizes.
Overall Review: Other than the drive being a bit slow when moving large file sizes, it is a great drive. Now I just hope they hold up as long as my other drives. I might get two more just to back these puppies up, though I will wait for a sale again.
Pros: Very nice keyboard, I love the look and it's very comfortable on my wrists. I have a RAT 9 mouse and I figured what the hell why not get something that matches a little bit. I love the customization with the keyboard as well as the lcd screen. Recently there was a update that allowed one to add the strike 7 to AIDA64 so you can add screen and all kinds of stuff to the lcd.
The keyboard is rather sturdy of course the metal frame helps. I know a lot of people knock the membrane keys but i really hate the mechanical key noise so for me I could care less.
Cons: Really the biggest problem I have with the board is getting it set up. I tried for some time to just load the driver for the board. I only could get to the splash screen that said connect the usb and then nothing, the next button would not work. I was using the latest driver 7_0_33_91_x64 but nothing. I then found 7_0_28_20_x64 driver and the darn thing installed. After that I installed the new software and I was golden.
Installing the firmware was easy after the driver and software was done. After installing the new firmware I rebooted and had my boot screen freeze then restart. After some digging found out that if you have a x58 MB this keyboard doesn't like you. I tried unplugging the power but I just got a keyboard error. So until I upgrade I have a old KB plugged in on the floor.
Overall Review: Besides the work around with the drivers and the board not liking to boot on a x58 platform it's a great keyboard. I was looking at the G19 for some time but I like the over all look and the customization on this guy a lot more. Sure it's a bit high on the price but it has a lot to offer as well.
Pros: Great fan for the price. Does what it suppose to do and it's not very loud.
Cons: None so far
Cons: Well they don't last. Had it for less than 2 months and two of them started to make a grinding sound. Talk about total rubbish. Now I have to deal with taking them out and then getting new ones. Talk about pathetic.
Overall Review: Please save yourself time and money, move along on this and don't buy them. Sad too, since my other coolermaster fans work just fine. I have three coolermaster cases, and various other fans but these are junk.
Pros: Board wasn't damaged. Everything booted up nicely. PCI-E SSD install went smoothly. Windows 7 64 installed problem free. Board detected ram and at the right timings. Really the board is great. No issues at all.
Cons: The only real gripe I have with this board is that the ram slots could be a bit further away from the socket. Why? Well the after market cooler I used covers up one of the slots. So in the unlikely event my wife needs more memory I'd need to replace the two I have in there now. I say unlikely because I doubt that will happen however for people who would like to use all the ram slots you have been warned. Though it works with the board and socket, the CM hyper 212 will take up on ram slot (using two fans on it).
Overall Review: Wish it came in the red/black color.
Pros: The case isn't bad. It works and does what it needs to do. Provides decent air flow.
Cons: No real cons, however the case I got only had two screws to hold on the panels.
Pros: Sadly there isn't a lot of RED fans out there that I would consider good. Sure there are some if not all of the so called "super" quite fans that if any have a blue led. Well I wanted red and it was tough to pick. Not a huge selection though I really just went off of reviews. I finally got this one and after installing it I have to say I really like it. It is actually quieter than the stock 120 fans that came with my case, which I plan on swapping out in due time.
One thing that annoys me is how people are complaining about how it doesn't have the ability to be mounted 2 ways. Well I have yet to meet someone who has their 200mm fan that wants it to mounted improperly.
Cons: None really.
Pros: Does what it needs to do. I used this PSU for my wife's computer. Probably more power than what the computer needs however I got a good deal on it.
Cons: Like with most computer stuff, cables could be a bit longer.
Pros: Great router, very fast and lots of features. Seems to blast through my house and outside to my deck with ease. Seems as though the software has been fixed as I didn't see much of a problem as others have stated.
Cons: The router arrived in standby mode! Not sure if this is a standard refurb thing but it really sucked. After some downloading for new firmware from the site all was well but I would expect to not have to do this.
Overall Review: Never had a router in standby mode and it was really annoying. Hopefully many are sent this way as I can imagine many people would have sent it back.
Pros: Wow! It's that good. It's not perfect but it is one of the best cases I've used. I build a lot of computers and this cases is one of the best full towers. It's got so much room, lots of fans with the ability to add more. One thing about the case is that is has enough room for the biggest gpu's and heatsinks.
The case feels sturdy, it's really heavy and doesn't wobble. It's got a large area cut out for installed heatsinks to MB's. Cable routing is very easy in this case. Air flow is really good as well.
Cons: I really love this case, however a few things that I think could have been or could be changed.
1- extend the MB cut out
2- red front fan with blue internal fans?
3- side panels need a locking device, taking the back screws out make the panel slide off if not holding it.
4- screwless brackets should be easier to take off
Overall Review: Great case and well worth the price. Extra fans can be hard to find as the 230mm size is a bit odd and they are expensive. I don't understand why the case would have a red front led fan and then a blue led inside, sort of strange.
Pros: Very nice board. Lots of features and runs everything smoothly and without any problems.
Pros: FAST card! Can run anything I throw at it. A little expensive, yes, but it's a nice card.
Cons: None, well I wish MSI threw in a case sticker or something.
Pros: GREAT drive. Works very well. Easy to install (if you read directions). People seem to not do this and then complain about it. Windows 7 64 boots super fast, files transfer very fast, and games load fast as well. I say get this over the SATA 3 drives.
Cons: None that I can see. Just read how to install it.
Pros: Nice and thin. The thing works with the RAT 9 wireless mouse. I know that many people have problems finding a pad that works with the RAT Mice, well you don't have to spend 30 plus dollars on one, this one works well.
Cons: My only thing is I wish instead of the sticky back it had more a non-sliding back. I hate that I have to peel it up off my desk to move it around.
Overall Review: Not perfect as far as sticking to the desk but the surface is great and my RAT 9 works well with it. Better than paying 30 dollars for a pad, and I really didn't want white.
Pros: Nice cooler, works well. Does a good job at cooling down my I-7. Made my temps a lot cooler after I overclocked my cpu. If your planning on getting this thing, get another fan to put on it, it makes the difference. BTW, use the directions people seem to have problems with not reading them.
Cons: None! Works well and instructions are easy to follow.
Overall Review: When installing the 2nd fan make sure you put it on the right way, I had a client who didn't (not this product but similar) and didn't so there wasn't proper air flow.
Pros: Nice drive, large storage. Installed well, and does what it is suppose to, hold files.
Overall Review: Not sure why people knock off eggs when something comes dead, it's not the fault of new egg.
